這個死亡率第一的「老年病」，正悄悄逼近年輕人

最近兩年，已經發生了好幾起年輕人突發心梗、猝死的新聞。每一條都令人惋惜。而震驚之余，我們常常覺得「不會輪到自己」。

可健康的事，真的不能心存僥幸。

戒煙限酒、規律作息、適當運動、定期檢查……都是在為自己爭取一份確定的安全感。
