12月31日，據(jù)報(bào)道，美屬維爾京群島總檢察長(zhǎng)對(duì)Meta平臺(tái)提起訴訟，指控其旗下Facebook和Instagram社交媒體平臺(tái)蓄意通過(guò)欺詐廣告牟利，且未能有效保障兒童使用安全。
訴狀明確指出："Meta平臺(tái)在知情且故意的情況下，使其用戶暴露于欺詐和傷害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中。這種行為旨在最大化用戶參與度，進(jìn)而提高公司收入。"該訴訟已提交至位于圣克羅伊島的維爾京群島高等法院審理。
針對(duì)該訴訟，Meta發(fā)言人回應(yīng)稱，上述相關(guān)指控毫無(wú)根據(jù)。
