A phrase originally meant to convey everyday warmth — "the smell of everyday life soothes the ordinary heart" — has recently appeared in an unexpected place: a cigarette advertisement.
近日,有網友發文稱,北京市某家7-ELEVEN便利店,懸掛了“人間煙火味最撫凡人心”的香煙廣告。
According to online posts, a 7-Eleven convenience store in Beijing displayed a promotional sign using the phrase to advertise cigarette sales.

據網友發布的照片,該店門口放置著一塊宣傳牌,上面寫有“7-ELEVEN便利店,人間煙火味,最撫凡人心。從即日起開始售賣香煙”等字樣。
Photos shared by netizens show a sign placed at the store entrance reading, "7-Eleven convenience store. The smell of everyday life soothes the ordinary heart. Cigarettes on sale from today."
據現代快報12月18日報道,涉事便利店的工作人員表示,廣告牌是店里自己做的,后來也發現廣告牌內容不妥。
According to reports, staff at the store later acknowledged that the sign was made by the store itself and that its wording was inappropriate.
另據經視直播報道,12月20日,門店所屬的柒一拾壹(北京)有限公司工作人員稱,公司對此事高度重視,在發現涉事門店張貼不當廣告后,已要求店鋪第一時間撤下。至于店鋪為何張貼此類廣告,工作人員表示不知情。
Further reports said that on Dec 20, the company operating 7-Eleven stores in Beijing said it took the issue seriously and ordered the immediate removal of the improper advertisement.
此事引發網友廣泛熱議。有不少網友認為,用“煙火味”作為香煙售賣的廣告標語,讓人感覺不適,不應用這樣的溫情詞匯來宣傳香煙。還有部分網友認為,這只是廣告的創意表達。

The incident quickly sparked widespread discussion online. Many netizens argued that using a phrase associated with warmth and daily life to promote cigarettes was uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially given the health risks of smoking. Others, however, viewed it as a form of creative advertising rather than a deliberate violation.
對于此事,湖北熾升律師事務所律師楊敏指出,?門店此舉實屬不妥。
國家明令禁止戶外煙草廣告及向未成年人推銷香煙的行為,該廣告未區分受眾,涉嫌違法發布煙草廣告。該廣告還將“人間煙火味”與售賣香煙相關聯,構成變相煙草宣傳,也違反廣告法相關規定。
Chinese regulations explicitly prohibit outdoor tobacco advertising and the promotion of cigarettes to minors.
The advertisement did not distinguish its audience and was displayed in a public space, raising concerns about unlawful tobacco promotion.
In addition, by linking the phrase "the smell of everyday life" with cigarette sales, the sign could be considered indirect tobacco advertising, which also violates advertising regulations.
依據《中華人民共和國廣告法》第二十二條規定:禁止在大眾傳播媒介或者公共場所、公共交通工具、戶外發布煙草廣告;禁止向未成年人發送任何形式的煙草廣告;禁止利用其他商品或者服務的廣告、公益廣告,宣傳煙草制品名稱、商標、包裝、裝潢以及類似內容。
