民宿酒店案例 | 野有院民宿：利用建筑特點(diǎn)重新?tīng)I(yíng)造室內(nèi)格局、塑造鄉(xiāng)村人文與鄉(xiāng)野對(duì)話的生活方式

項(xiàng)目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

野有院民宿坐落于山東省泰安市道朗鎮(zhèn)八樓村，屬于泰山九女峰鄉(xiāng)村度假區(qū)一期項(xiàng)目。2020年，作為山鄉(xiāng)集團(tuán)“667”（六進(jìn)村、六能、七變）鄉(xiāng)村振興模式的一次探索實(shí)踐，該民宿開(kāi)啟建設(shè)并投入運(yùn)營(yíng)使用。然而，由于產(chǎn)品功能和業(yè)態(tài)形式較為單一等原因，其經(jīng)營(yíng)成果一直不盡如人意。業(yè)主方期望能夠改變這一現(xiàn)狀。

鑒于從初次建設(shè)完成到二次改造的間隔時(shí)間較短，業(yè)主方既不愿再投入大量的資金和精力，又希望設(shè)計(jì)能夠最大限度地縮短工期，以減少民宿停止運(yùn)營(yíng)所帶來(lái)的影響。因此，此次改造的初衷是在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)，通過(guò)相對(duì)輕便的方式增加更多的運(yùn)營(yíng)場(chǎng)景，優(yōu)化空間功能，提升整體的室內(nèi)調(diào)性，協(xié)助運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)共同完成一場(chǎng)鄉(xiāng)村“微創(chuàng)手術(shù)”，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)民宿場(chǎng)地的二次激活。

Ye Youyuan Homestay is located in the 8th floor Village, Daolang Town, Tai 'an City, Shandong Province. It belongs to the phase I project of Taishan Nine Female Peaks Rural Resort. In 2020, as an exploration and practice of the "667" (six villages, six energy, seven changes) rural revitalization model of Shanxiang Group, the homestays will start construction and put into operation. However, due to the relatively simple product function and business form, its operating results have been unsatisfactory. The owners hope to change this situation.

In view of the short time between the completion of the initial construction and the second renovation, the owner is not willing to invest a lot of money and energy, but also hopes that the design can minimize the duration of the project to reduce the impact of the closure of the B&B operation. Therefore, the original intention of this transformation is to add more operation scenarios in a relatively light way in a short period of time, optimize spatial functions, improve the overall indoor tonality, assist the operation team to jointly complete a rural "minimally invasive surgery", and realize the secondary activation of the B&B site.

設(shè)計(jì)思路 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

野有院原始場(chǎng)地內(nèi)共有十個(gè)院子，另配套有咖啡廳、圖書(shū)館和公共餐廳，屬于整村型民宿聚落。民宿建筑依山就勢(shì)，融入村落與周?chē)匀画h(huán)境，整體條件較好。這樣的條件為何仍不能留住人？1. 豐富公區(qū)產(chǎn)品，增設(shè)兒童樂(lè)園、戶(hù)外帳篷營(yíng)地、鄉(xiāng)村音樂(lè)俱樂(lè)部等娛樂(lè)空間；2. 強(qiáng)化院落氛圍，每個(gè)院內(nèi)強(qiáng)調(diào)聚合內(nèi)容、設(shè)置餐廚空間，并增加客房數(shù)量；3. 化繁為簡(jiǎn)，對(duì)酒吧、鄉(xiāng)村俱樂(lè)部等進(jìn)行室內(nèi)改造升級(jí)。

客房改造、公區(qū)翻新及營(yíng)地新建等各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)施工交叉完成，設(shè)計(jì)在保留鄉(xiāng)野氣質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上、以極低成本營(yíng)造出更多氛圍感、場(chǎng)景感空間“吸引人”——野有酒、野有樂(lè)、野有營(yíng)、野有院，共同組合成一種在鄉(xiāng)村人文與鄉(xiāng)野對(duì)話的生活方式。

There are ten courtyards in the original site, and there are also cafes, libraries and public restaurants, belonging to the whole village type homestay settlement. The building of the homestay depends on the mountain, integrates into the village and the surrounding natural environment, and the overall condition is good. Why are these conditions still failing to retain people? 1. Enrich the public area products, add children's paradise, outdoor tent camp, country music club and other entertainment space; 2. Strengthen the courtyard atmosphere, emphasize aggregate content, set up kitchen space in each courtyard, and increase the number of rooms; 3. Transform complexity into simplicity, renovate and upgrade the interior of bars and country clubs.

空間設(shè)計(jì) | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

野有酒：在野有酒原始空間中，吧臺(tái)阻擋了原本應(yīng)開(kāi)敞的入口，而空間內(nèi)大臺(tái)階區(qū)域幾乎成為閑置的灰空間，很少有人就坐。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的建筑條件未被充分利用，特別是屋面的圓形天花，平面布局缺乏與之互動(dòng)。天花板裝飾燈具和墻面裝飾過(guò)于繁雜零碎，視覺(jué)焦點(diǎn)不集中，破壞了原有的建筑美感。整體色調(diào)偏冷，缺少酒吧應(yīng)有的溫暖幽暗氛圍。通過(guò)使用暖色肌理漆、點(diǎn)狀和線性暖光源等設(shè)計(jì)手法，將空間從冷變暖，營(yíng)造親人溫馨的感覺(jué)。原本閑置的大臺(tái)階區(qū)域改造成吧臺(tái)區(qū)，并采用波紋板、空心磚等材料打造有序的陣列空間。玻璃頂用不規(guī)則穿孔鋁板裝飾，既解決了強(qiáng)烈光照對(duì)舒適度的影響，又利用光影關(guān)系，通過(guò)自然光線映射展現(xiàn)出藝術(shù)美感。軟裝家具選擇深色系以突出建筑的空間感。皮質(zhì)沙發(fā)的灰咖色、桌椅的原木色與灰色地磚相呼應(yīng)，淺素色和墨綠色的扶手沙發(fā)作為點(diǎn)綴，整體采用自然質(zhì)感的配色，營(yíng)造舒適的咖啡廳/酒吧氛圍。

In the original space of the wild wine, the bar bar blocked the entrance that should have been open, and the large step area in the space almost became an idle gray space, with few people sitting. The architectural condition of the site is not fully utilized, especially the circular ceiling of the roof, and the plan layout lacks interaction with it. Ceiling decorative lamps and wall decoration are too complicated and fragmented, the visual focus is not concentrated, and the original architectural beauty is destroyed. The overall tone is cold, lacking the warm and dark atmosphere that a bar should have. Through the use of warm texture paint, dot and linear warm light source and other design techniques, the space from cold to warm, creating a warm feeling of family. The large step area that was originally idle was transformed into the bar area, and materials such as corrugated plate and hollow brick were used to create an orderly array space. The top of the glass is decorated with irregular perforated aluminum panels, which not only solves the influence of strong light on comfort, but also uses light and shadow relations to show artistic beauty through natural light mapping. Soft furnishings choose dark colors to highlight the spatial sense of the building. The gray coffee color of the leather sofa and the raw wood color of the tables and chairs echo the gray floor tiles. The light plain color and dark green armrest sofa are embellished, and the overall color matching of natural texture is used to create a comfortable cafe/bar atmosphere.

野有樂(lè)：增設(shè)院落式鄉(xiāng)村音樂(lè)俱樂(lè)部，鄉(xiāng)村音樂(lè)俱樂(lè)部為場(chǎng)地新增的娛樂(lè)區(qū)，設(shè)計(jì)將原有的民宿院落改為公區(qū)，設(shè)置茶室、棋牌、KTV三個(gè)功能空間。北房增設(shè)玻璃廊道形成庭院與室內(nèi)活動(dòng)區(qū)域的灰空間，利用玻璃材質(zhì)的過(guò)渡很好地平衡了外立面的封閉感。庭院化零為整，將室外平臺(tái)最大化，并消解了依次增高的臺(tái)階步數(shù)，形成一個(gè)可以在室外活動(dòng)、用餐的庭院空間。

Wild You music: Add a courtyard style country music club, the country music club is a new entertainment area for the venue, the design will change the original residential courtyard into a public area, set up three functional Spaces: tea room, chess and card, KTV. In the north room, glass corridors are added to form a gray space between the courtyard and the indoor activity area, and the transition of glass materials is used to balance the sense of closure of the facade. The courtyard is integrated, maximizing the outdoor platform, and eliminating the increasing number of steps, forming a courtyard space for outdoor activities and dining.

野有營(yíng)：帳篷營(yíng)地營(yíng)造獨(dú)特的場(chǎng)景感。因九女峰良好的地理環(huán)境，民宿南側(cè)的一片高地被選擇作為帳篷營(yíng)地，成為企業(yè)、家庭出游團(tuán)體來(lái)此聚會(huì)游玩時(shí)的主要室外娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所。營(yíng)地的東側(cè)被設(shè)置為主要的舞臺(tái)區(qū)，兩側(cè)用集裝箱代替建筑，分別設(shè)置衛(wèi)生間及售賣(mài)收納處。奶酪?guī)づ瘛㈠F型帳篷以及天幕沿場(chǎng)地形態(tài)，依次環(huán)繞而設(shè)，中間的草坪則作為活動(dòng)區(qū)。四面被山野包圍的草坪營(yíng)地，開(kāi)放運(yùn)營(yíng)后住客能夠在這里露營(yíng)、野餐、瑜伽、開(kāi)音樂(lè)會(huì)、舉辦草坪婚禮及各式戶(hù)外活動(dòng)，體驗(yàn)“攬星月入懷，與山林相擁”的山野自然獨(dú)特場(chǎng)景感。Wild camp: Tent camp creates a unique sense of scene. Due to the good geographical environment of the nine female peak, a highland on the south side of the homesay was chosen as a tent camp, which has become the main outdoor entertainment place for enterprises and family travel groups to meet and play here. The east side of the camp was set up as the main stage area, with containers on both sides instead of buildings, with toilets and sales receptions respectively. Cheese tent, cone tent and canopy along the shape of the site, in turn around, the middle of the lawn is used as an activity area. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, after the opening of the lawn camp, residents can camp, picnic, yoga, concerts, lawn weddings and various outdoor activities here, and experience the unique sense of "embracing the stars and the moon, and embracing the mountains and forests".

野有院：重點(diǎn)突出院落式產(chǎn)品特色。項(xiàng)目原居住區(qū)建筑形式以院落為主，但在實(shí)際的運(yùn)營(yíng)中卻弱化了院落產(chǎn)品的功能。我們的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注突出院落整體性特色，同時(shí)相應(yīng)增加客房數(shù)達(dá)到滿足不同區(qū)間人數(shù)客群的聚合需求，使之達(dá)成與其周邊“故鄉(xiāng)的云”“春天里”同業(yè)態(tài)產(chǎn)品形成差異化區(qū)分和功能客群互補(bǔ)的狀態(tài)。對(duì)于客房?jī)?nèi)的改造主要集中在三點(diǎn)：其一，在起居空間內(nèi)增加用餐空間；其二，抬高地坑并鋪設(shè)榻榻米，增加親人尺度；其三，將原來(lái)空間中多余的公區(qū)（茶室、庫(kù)房）等都改為客房，并增加雙人房的數(shù)量占比。

對(duì)于公區(qū)的改造，旨在創(chuàng)造更為明亮、寬敞的活動(dòng)聚合空間。例如對(duì)于9號(hào)院的起居室，我們將東側(cè)墻面最大限度地打通，并向同側(cè)延伸1.5米，擴(kuò)大空間的同時(shí)也增加了空間的通透度與建筑美感。民宿燈光也是不可忽視的一環(huán)。對(duì)于白天的光線，設(shè)計(jì)利用光影關(guān)系與時(shí)間變化創(chuàng)造空間內(nèi)的藝術(shù)感受；景觀面開(kāi)大窗，在引進(jìn)光線的同時(shí)也能與戶(hù)外的景色產(chǎn)生對(duì)話。夜晚的光線則在側(cè)重在統(tǒng)一色溫，并利用線性照明、點(diǎn)狀照明等不同的照明形式對(duì)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行輪廓勾勒及氛圍的營(yíng)造，體現(xiàn)空間的靜謐與高級(jí)感。

Wild Youyuan: Focus on the characteristics of courtyard products. The building form of the original residential area of the project is mainly courtyard, but the function of courtyard products is weakened in the actual operation. Our design focuses on highlighting the overall characteristics of the courtyard, while increasing the number of guest rooms accordingly to meet the aggregate needs of different sections of the number of customers, so that it can achieve differentiation and complementary functional customers with the surrounding "hometown cloud" and "Spring" products. The transformation in the guest room mainly focuses on three points: first, increase the dining space in the living space; Second, raise the pit and lay tatami to increase the scale of relatives; Third, the excess public areas (tea rooms, warehouses) in the original space are changed into guest rooms, and the number of double rooms is increased.

For the renovation of the public area, the aim is to create a brighter and more spacious space for the aggregation of activities. For example, for the living room of Yard 9, we opened up the east wall to the maximum extent, and extended 1.5 meters to the same side, expanding the space and increasing the permeability and architectural beauty of the space. Guest house lighting is also an important part. For the daytime light, the design uses the relationship between light and shadow and the change of time to create an artistic feeling in the space; The large window opens on the landscape side to introduce light and create a dialogue with the outdoor scenery. The light at night focuses on the unified color temperature, and uses different lighting forms such as linear lighting and spot lighting to outline the site and create the atmosphere, reflecting the quiet and advanced sense of space.
