周 乃松 ，男，漢族，1969年4月生，中央黨校大學，中共黨員。
周 乃松曾任寧德市政府副秘書長、市信訪局局長等職，2021年6月起任壽寧縣委書記。
2025年12月，福建省委組織部發布任前公示，周乃松擬任設區市人大政協副職。
