根據《中國皮膚清潔指南》建議:一般情況下,每隔2到3天洗一次就好。
Relevant guidelines suggest that bathing every two to three days is generally sufficient under normal circumstances.
過度洗澡可能會導致干、癢、濕疹。去掉皮膚天然油脂可能造成干燥瘙癢;屏障受損則容易起濕疹;熱水長時間泡澡有“低溫燙傷”的風險。
洗澡頻繁不一定會更健康,“越洗越癢”可能是皮膚在抗議。
Showering shouldn't be treated as a duty, but as something to balance with the skin's needs. Over-washing can strip natural oils, causing dryness, itching and even eczema.

所以,冬天洗澡也有方法可循。掌握幾個小技巧,就能既溫暖又安全。
① 水別太燙,皮膚不是火鍋。
38至40℃剛剛好,溫暖又舒適。再“燙點”,皮膚油脂直接下崗。
Warm water of about 38–40 C is recommended, as excessively hot water can damage the skin's protective barrier.
② 沐浴露要溫和,不要香到上頭。
建議使用弱酸性沐浴露。藥皂、香皂這種“猛男型清潔”,請遠離。
Mild, weakly acidic cleansers are preferable to harsh or heavily fragranced products, and vigorous scrubbing is discouraged to avoid harming the skin's defense layer.
③ 搓澡適可而止,別搓出一身“靜電火花”。
你搓掉的不只是“泥”,還有皮膚的防護層。
Bath time is best kept to around 5 to 10 minutes, since soaking for more than 15 minutes may increase irritation.
④ 洗澡時間別超一首歌。
5至10分鐘剛好,超過15分鐘,皮膚就開始泡“emo”了。
洗完別賴著玩手機,盡快保濕,能鎖住近50%的水分。
