Customers complained that the sugar coating was too sticky, while others reported issues either not being coated with sugar or apples having wormholes or mold.

According to Lelecha's mini-program, a single cup of the "Pineapple Apple Candy" drink costs 26 yuan, with the option to add an extra sugar-coated apple for 9.9 yuan.
12月20日,樂樂茶官方發布致歉聲明:
這次由于我們自身考慮不周、準備不足,導致出品不夠穩定,影響了大家的體驗。
19日上午,陸續收到多家門店顧客和線上平臺的反饋,主要集中在以下幾個問題:杯中的蘋果沒有裹上糖;裹糖太少,蘋果容易氧化:糖裹得太厚,口感過粘;糖漿溫度過高,導致蘋果顏色變深;頂部裝飾漏放或擺放不標準。
Yesterday, Lelecha issued a public apology, acknowledging that the product quality had been inconsistent due to preparation issues.
The company explained that customers had reported problems including insufficient or missing sugar coating, overly thick sugar, apple discoloration from high syrup temperature, and misplaced or missing toppings.
收到反饋后,已第一時間全面核查了全國門店的“蘋果糖”系列產品。不符合標準的產品已立即下架,相關門店已責令立即整改,并對出品嚴重不符的門店進行了嚴厲處罰。目前全國門店“蘋果糖”系列已陸續恢復上架。
Lelecha said it immediately conducted a thorough check of all stores nationwide. Products not meeting standards were removed from shelves, stores were ordered to rectify the issues, and outlets with severe violations faced strict penalties. The "Apple Candy" series has since gradually returned to shelves.

南都此前報道,2016年,樂樂茶于在上海開下首家門店,憑借“臟臟包”“臟臟茶”等爆款產品在年輕人中間走紅。跟奈雪有些相似,一開始,樂樂茶走的是“茶飲+歐包”的模式,同時注重“第三空間”的打造,產品價格集中在19-29元之間,走的是中高端路線。

2022年12月底,樂樂茶與奈雪簽署了投資協議,奈雪斥資5.25億元收購樂樂茶43.64%股份,成為樂樂茶的第一大股東,樂樂茶則成為奈雪的聯營公司。2023年4月,樂樂茶宣布放開加盟,開店速度開始加快。

In December 2022, Lelecha signed an investment agreement with the tea chain Naixue, which acquired a 43.64 percent stake for 525 million yuan, making it Lelecha's largest shareholder.
