RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
“結(jié)廬在人境,而無(wú)車馬喧”,阿麗拉烏鎮(zhèn)坐落于“中國(guó)最后的枕水之鄉(xiāng)”,距烏鎮(zhèn)西柵景區(qū)僅3公里,既避開了喧囂,又承接著江南水鄉(xiāng)的詩(shī)意脈絡(luò)。烏鎮(zhèn),享有“魚米之鄉(xiāng)”、“絲綢之府”以及“中國(guó)最后的枕水之鄉(xiāng)”的美譽(yù)。酒店的平面布局以傳統(tǒng)江南水鄉(xiāng)聚落空間為原型,其中傳統(tǒng)村落的公共空間以及公共與私人空間的組織形式是尤為重要的研究對(duì)象。本設(shè)計(jì)提取了村芯、水口、巷道、水渠等標(biāo)志性的公共空間元素,并延續(xù)了傳統(tǒng)街巷空間的尺度體系。同時(shí),方案也吸收了傳統(tǒng)村落多巷道交匯的組團(tuán)特征建立起一個(gè)風(fēng)車形網(wǎng)格系統(tǒng)。
"In the people's environment, and no cars and horses noisy", Alila Wu town is located in "China's last pillow water town", only 3 kilometers away from Wuzhen Xizha scenic spot, not only to avoid the hustle and bustle, but also to undertake the poetic vein of Jiangnan water town. Wuzhen enjoys the reputation of "the hometown of fish and rice", "the home of silk" and "the last hometown of water in China". In terms of architectural design, Alilawu town cleverly integrates the three characteristic elements of Jiangnan water village: stone arch bridge, water system and water village culture, while combining the concept of modern minimalism, redefining the luxury standard of the hotel and providing guests with a unique accommodation experience. Through its understated yet modern design, the town of Alilau showcases the beauty of nature. The shadows of the cedar trees complement the reflections of the sky, creating a sense of unity between heaven and earth, giving guests an extraordinary visual enjoyment.

“從傳統(tǒng)村落中生長(zhǎng)出的現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)”。由GOA大象設(shè)計(jì)操刀,酒店以江南村落為原型,用極簡(jiǎn)線條與抽象幾何重構(gòu)水鄉(xiāng)意境。白墻灰瓦的建筑群倒映于靜謐水面,宛如一幅水墨長(zhǎng)卷;270°落地玻璃模糊了室內(nèi)外邊界,光影流轉(zhuǎn)間,仿佛置身“光的迷宮”。“移步換景,皆是風(fēng)雅”。公區(qū)以中央水庭院為核心,蜿蜒的水巷、鏤空的墻體、錯(cuò)落的庭院,處處呼應(yīng)烏鎮(zhèn)街巷的韻律。夜晚燈光亮起,素色墻壁與水波共舞,恍若“星辰墜入江南”。
"Modern art growing out of traditional villages". Designed by GOA Elephant, the hotel is based on a village in the south of the Yangtze River, using minimalist lines and abstract geometry to reconstruct the artistic conception of the water village. The buildings with white walls and gray tiles are reflected in the quiet water, like a long scroll of ink; 270° floor-to-ceiling glass blurs the indoor and outdoor boundaries, and the light and shadow flow between them, as if you are in a "maze of light". "Change the scenery, all are elegant". The central water courtyard is the core of the district. The winding water lanes, hollow-out walls and scattered courtyards echo the rhythm of the streets in Wuzhen. At night, the light is on, and the plain walls dance with the water waves, as if "stars fall into the south of the river".

二、空間美學(xué)

整座酒店的高差控制在極小的范圍內(nèi),使所有室內(nèi)、室外空間能夠平緩過(guò)渡,生硬的邊界被消解,平和與穩(wěn)定感便在連續(xù)的游走體驗(yàn)中油然而生。水系與院墻共同界定出的路徑,將建筑室內(nèi)與戶外空間不斷地轉(zhuǎn)換。漫步于度假酒店中,人們可在連續(xù)的穿行中,體驗(yàn)到聚落空間的疏密和光影的變換。建筑僅保留白、灰兩種色彩,抽象的幾何形體呈現(xiàn)于天空、水面和水杉林之間。方案試圖通過(guò)這樣的方式,將水鄉(xiāng)意象從建筑年代、風(fēng)格等具體的符號(hào)中剝離,重新建立一種僅與自然有關(guān)的秩序。
The height difference of the whole hotel is controlled within a very small range, so that all indoor and outdoor Spaces can be smooth transition, the stiff boundaries are dissolved, and the sense of peace and stability arises in the continuous walking experience. The path defined by the water system and the courtyard wall continuously transforms the indoor and outdoor Spaces of the building. Walking in the resort hotel, people can experience the density of the settlement space and the change of light and shadow in the continuous walking. The building is reserved only in white and gray colors, and the abstract geometric form is presented between the sky, the water and the metasequoia forest. In this way, the project tries to remove the water village image from the concrete symbols such as architectural age and style, and re-establish an order related only to nature.

材質(zhì)的選擇與色彩基于同樣的秩序體系。方案選擇以光潔的金屬和人工處理的石材代替裝飾性的面材,最終深灰色鋁合金與白色花崗巖分別被用作公共空間的屋頂和墻面用材。阿麗拉烏鎮(zhèn)試圖呈現(xiàn)的,是一座屬于現(xiàn)代人的迷宮,一處新舊交疊的時(shí)空。某種意義上,這更接近于一種對(duì)于時(shí)空的討論——在這里,“傳統(tǒng)”與“現(xiàn)代”都超越了特定時(shí)代風(fēng)格所給予的定義,而歸于抽象的語(yǔ)言。漫步中所獲得的平和與安寧,也正是設(shè)計(jì)師希望寄予每一位度假者的禮物。
The selection of materials and colors is based on the same order system. The scheme chose to replace the decorative veneer with glossy metal and hand-treated stone, and finally dark gray aluminum alloy and white granite were used as the roof and wall materials of the public space respectively. The town of Alilau is trying to present a maze of modern people, a time and space where the old and the new overlap. In a sense, this is closer to a discussion of time and space - where both "traditional" and "modern" transcend the definitions given by the style of a particular era and are relegated to abstract language. The peace and quiet of the walk is also the gift that the designer hopes to send to every holidaymaker.
