財聯社12月22日電，半導體設備股震蕩走強，聯動科技、中科飛測、拓荊科技漲超6%，均創歷史新高，此前珂瑪科技20cm漲停，京儀裝備、長川科技、天璣科技、華峰測控漲幅靠前。消息面上，國際半導體產業協會（SEMI）發布報告顯示，2025年全球半導體制造設備總銷售額預計達1330億美元，同比增長13.7%，創歷史新高。
