國(guó)際人才奔“甬”，寧諾打通育才引才留才“全鏈條”

今天，寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)來(lái)自德國(guó)的國(guó)際研究生Victoria正式完成入職流程，作為管培生加入寧波一家當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)，成為“企業(yè)出海”的一股新生力量。就在幾天前，她已在鄞州區(qū)政務(wù)服務(wù)中心領(lǐng)取了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)簽證，順利邁出留甬發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵一步。

在申請(qǐng)過(guò)程中，學(xué)校國(guó)際合作與交流辦公室的老師為她梳理了所有需要的材料，并且線上“一對(duì)一”答疑，讓她的申請(qǐng)過(guò)程更加便捷、高效。“這次簽證申請(qǐng)過(guò)程比預(yù)期順利得多，讓我非常驚喜！”Victoria說(shuō)。

多方聯(lián)動(dòng)

積極回應(yīng)外籍人才的留甬期待

今年，除了Victoria，寧諾還有來(lái)自印度尼西亞、墨西哥、布隆迪、孟加拉國(guó)和秘魯?shù)?名畢業(yè)生陸續(xù)獲得簽證，順利留在寧波，積極投身于外貿(mào)、計(jì)算機(jī)和水動(dòng)力分析等領(lǐng)域。

當(dāng)前，寧波眾多外向型企業(yè)正加速推進(jìn)全球化布局，對(duì)外籍人才的需求日益增長(zhǎng)，希望借助他們更好開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。然而，由于在華工作簽證的申請(qǐng)要求高，再加上不少企業(yè)缺乏相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一些深受青睞的優(yōu)秀外國(guó)人才往往在申請(qǐng)階段遇到困難，無(wú)奈離開(kāi)，這是困擾企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期痛點(diǎn)。

另一方面，每年畢業(yè)季前后，寧諾相關(guān)部門(mén)都會(huì)收到國(guó)際學(xué)生關(guān)于就業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)的大量咨詢，學(xué)校也一直積極與寧波相關(guān)管理部門(mén)保持溝通，探索國(guó)際人才留甬發(fā)展的路徑。

自2024年起，寧波市公安局鄞州分局出入境管理大隊(duì)通過(guò)“梧桐樹(shù)”項(xiàng)目提供了更為透明、便捷的信息服務(wù)與支持，大大提高了國(guó)際人才留甬的可能性。

“在‘梧桐樹(shù)’項(xiàng)目的支持下，我們自2024年以來(lái)已協(xié)助11位國(guó)際學(xué)生順利在寧波就業(yè)。今年，我們進(jìn)一步幫助了4位碩士生、1位本科生和1位博士生辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)，留甬工作。在這一過(guò)程中，我們協(xié)助出入境管理部門(mén)、用人單位以及國(guó)際學(xué)生三方溝通，完成相應(yīng)的背景審查、資質(zhì)審核和申請(qǐng)流程，有效回應(yīng)地方企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)際人才的需求，也回應(yīng)國(guó)際學(xué)生希望留甬發(fā)展的期待。”寧諾國(guó)際合作與交流辦公室主任黃歡歡介紹道。

從校園到職場(chǎng)

寧諾“搭橋”助力奔赴未來(lái)

在學(xué)校的協(xié)助下，Victoria順利取得簽證。今年從國(guó)際管理專業(yè)畢業(yè)后，她作為管培生加入了寧波一家玩具制造企業(yè)，目前在人力資源部門(mén)進(jìn)行輪崗，主要負(fù)責(zé)人員招聘和培訓(xùn)相關(guān)工作，未來(lái)還將前往銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)繼續(xù)發(fā)展。

“我選擇來(lái)到寧波，是因?yàn)橄牍プx國(guó)際管理碩士，而寧諾正好提供了這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。我對(duì)跨文化管理、在華商務(wù)和跨國(guó)人力資源管理等課程很感興趣。寧諾國(guó)際化的氛圍、舒適的校園和豐富的學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)都讓我印象深刻。”

Victoria表示，寧諾與她就讀的德國(guó)本科院校是國(guó)際合作院校，因此她在德國(guó)時(shí)便對(duì)寧諾有所了解。全英文教學(xué)和國(guó)際化的環(huán)境，以及完備便利的校園設(shè)施，也是她選擇在寧諾就讀的重要原因。

在寧諾，她結(jié)識(shí)了來(lái)自世界各地的朋友，也更加深入地了解了中國(guó)文化。她還曾參加學(xué)校的“扶風(fēng)計(jì)劃”，作為志愿者每周為一名8歲的寧波女孩在線講解英語(yǔ)，這段雙向互動(dòng)也讓她深切感受到這座城市的溫暖。

“我希望不斷挑戰(zhàn)自己、走出舒適區(qū)，所以決定留在寧波邁出人生的下一步。” 像Victoria一樣，越來(lái)越多具備國(guó)際視野的人才正通過(guò)寧諾搭建的國(guó)際化橋梁來(lái)到中國(guó)，開(kāi)啟人生的新篇章。

UNNC empowers international talents to thrive in China

On 9 December, Victoria, a German graduate from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), completed her onboarding process. Just a few days earlier, she had secured her Chinese start-up visa, marking the beginning of her new journey in Ningbo.

"I received great support from the Global Engagement Office at UNNC and from my company during the application process," said Victoria.

Alongside her, five other graduates—from Indonesia, Mexico, Burundi, Bangladesh and Peru—have also obtained visas, taking up roles in foreign trade, computer science, hydrodynamic analysis and other fields.

In recent years, the Ningbo Public Security Bureau has introduced more streamlined information services and support measures. UNNC has responded promptly by assisting international graduates in preparing and submitting their work visa applications.

Victoria, who holds an MSc in International Management from UNNC, now works in Ningbo's toy manufacturing industry. Her undergraduate university in Germany is a partner of UNNC, which is how she first learned about it. She chose UNNC because she wished to pursue a master’s degree in international management, and the programme aligned perfectly with her interests—particularly modules such as Cross-Cultural Management, Doing Business in China, and Transnational Human Resource Management.

She was also drawn to UNNC’s diverse international environment and the fact that all classes are taught in English. She was impressed by the campus facilities, including the gym, multiple canteens and other amenities. She also appreciated the wide variety of student clubs, which offered abundant opportunities to get involved and meet new people. She joined the Fufeng Project as a volunteer, providing online English lessons to an eight-year-old girl every Sunday.

After completing her master’s degree in China, she felt that taking the next step and beginning her professional career here would be a meaningful way to continue challenging herself and stepping outside her comfort zone. She is now continuing to study Chinese in her free time, with the goal of steadily improve her language skills so that she can communicate more naturally with local people and deepen her understanding of the culture.
