11月13日，@CCTV法治在線：山西大同某醫院院長艾某忠等人，通過虛增藥品進價、藥品重復入庫、虛增臨床用藥、虛報床位等方式和手段，騙取國家醫保基金。醫院虛報金額970余萬元。
法院以詐騙罪判處被告人艾某忠有期徒刑13年6個月，其余被告人分別被判處11年至4年不等有期徒刑。
