10月6日消息，據阿斯達克報道，泡泡瑪特已向美國紐約南區聯邦地區法院提起訴訟，指控阿里巴巴集團等電商平臺的189名商家。
泡泡瑪特已就上述店鋪銷售假冒LABUBU產品提起訴訟。
該訴訟尋求初步及永久禁令，以阻止被告生產和銷售侵權商品，限制其在電商平臺上的銷售頁面，凍結其在金融機構的資產，并責令其返還侵權所得并進行賠償。
