觀點(diǎn)網(wǎng)訊：4月22日，市場(chǎng)消息顯示，華潤(rùn)置地與越秀地產(chǎn)位于香港油塘的相關(guān)住宅項(xiàng)目擬于2027年第三季登場(chǎng)，合計(jì)供應(yīng)近1700伙單位。
據(jù)介紹，香港油塘正由傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型為住宅及綜合發(fā)展區(qū)，目前區(qū)域內(nèi)共有約7個(gè)重建項(xiàng)目，合計(jì)涉及約1萬(wàn)伙供應(yīng)量。
