簽約“國家隊(duì)”！寧諾與國家電網(wǎng)共推產(chǎn)學(xué)研用深度融合

近日，寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)與國家電網(wǎng)寧波供電公司舉行校企戰(zhàn)略合作交流會(huì)談。雙方將圍繞新型電力系統(tǒng)建設(shè)展開全方位合作，通過整合高校優(yōu)質(zhì)科教人才資源與國企行業(yè)實(shí)踐積淀，共同探索產(chǎn)學(xué)研用融合新路徑。

在寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)新國際會(huì)議中心，雙方圍繞新型電力系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)需求與校企合作模式進(jìn)行了深入探討。

聚焦電力電子、人工智能技術(shù)應(yīng)用、輸變電土木基建等重點(diǎn)方向，校企將通過共筑高能級(jí)平臺(tái)、共攻關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、共育未來人才三項(xiàng)重要舉措加速關(guān)鍵技術(shù)突破與成果轉(zhuǎn)化，攜手探索中國特色校企合作新模式。

科研協(xié)同

在科研協(xié)同方面，寧諾將與國網(wǎng)共建聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室和技術(shù)示范平臺(tái)，并聯(lián)合組建高水平科研團(tuán)隊(duì)，共同申報(bào)和承擔(dān)國家級(jí)、省部級(jí)重大科技項(xiàng)目，培育重大科技成果。

一方面，寧諾依托自身學(xué)科優(yōu)勢，將在算法研究、模型構(gòu)建、仿真驗(yàn)證等技術(shù)方面提供支持，為企業(yè)解決電力發(fā)展難題，形成“科研—驗(yàn)證—示范”一體化的平臺(tái)合作機(jī)制。

另一方面，通過籌劃面向電網(wǎng)行業(yè)的實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目與開放課題，本次合作有望為寧諾學(xué)子帶來參與課題攻關(guān)的機(jī)會(huì)與資源，形成從課堂到實(shí)驗(yàn)室，再到產(chǎn)業(yè)一線的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)鏈路。

人才共育

在人才共育方面，雙方將推進(jìn)雙導(dǎo)師制、課程共建、人員交流、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐等創(chuàng)新模式，將企業(yè)真實(shí)案例融入課堂教學(xué)和科研選題，同時(shí)邀請行業(yè)專家分享行業(yè)前沿動(dòng)態(tài)，強(qiáng)化技術(shù)骨干與青年人才的培養(yǎng)。

這一舉措，既為寧諾學(xué)子提供廣闊的實(shí)踐舞臺(tái)，助力其成長為企業(yè)爭搶的“懂理論、能實(shí)戰(zhàn)”的高層次技術(shù)人才，也為企業(yè)輸送兼具國際視野與扎實(shí)功底的高層次骨干，為寧波能源事業(yè)發(fā)展打造“人才蓄水池”。

“此次與國家電網(wǎng)的合作，是學(xué)校深化產(chǎn)學(xué)研用融合、服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略的重要舉措。我們將以此為契機(jī)，以科研推動(dòng)地方發(fā)展，同時(shí)為學(xué)生提供更豐富的實(shí)踐資源。”寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)黨委書記沈偉其教授說。

UNNC and State Grid Ningbo strengthen strategic partnership

The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with State Grid Ningbo Power Supply Company to advance the integration of industry, academia, research and application, supporting the development of a new-type power system.

The partnership will focus on key areas including power electronics, artificial intelligence applications, and power infrastructure, combining UNNC’s research and educational strengths with State Grid’s industry expertise. Joint laboratories, research teams, and major project collaborations will be established to accelerate technological innovation and real-world application.

The collaboration will also promote talent development through initiatives such as dual supervision, co-designed curricula, and expanded internship opportunities, equipping students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Professor Shen Weiqi, Party Secretary of UNNC, said: “This cooperation with State Grid is an important step… We will take this opportunity to promote local development through research while providing students with richer practical resources.”

The agreement is expected to support innovation and talent cultivation in Ningbo’s energy sector.
