2026年3月21日，中國法學會海關法研究會成立大會在京召開。中國法學會黨組書記、常務副會長王洪祥，海關總署署長、黨委書記孫梅君出席會議并講話。中國法學會黨組成員、副會長王振江主持會議。會議選舉海關總署政治部主任、黨委委員呂偉紅為首任會長。
會議審議通過了《中國法學會海關法研究會章程》，選舉產生了中國法學會海關法研究會第一屆理事會。
