人民財訊2月27日電，云頂新耀2月27日宣布，公司原研產品布地奈德腸溶膠囊（耐賦康?）專利維權取得關鍵進展。廣州知識產權法院已于2026年2月26日作出民事裁定書，全面支持公司提出的訴前行為保全申請，并責令相關仿制藥企業立即停止侵權行為并停止掛網，該裁定自作出之日起立即執行。
