12月31日，三門峽市陜州區降雪，“東天山來的駱駝隊?絲綢之路文化行”隊伍在老310國道陜州區路段遇阻。陜州區公路中心迅速啟動冰雪天氣保通應急預案，采取“機械清雪+人工除障+精準撒布融雪劑”作業模式，為駝隊量身打造安全通行路線，歷經3個多小時奮戰助力隊伍順利穿越積雪路段。
