Velvet Concrete, a residential interior designed by Eklekt Atelier in Zab?ocie, a post-industrial district of Kraków, reinterprets industrial heritage through material logic. Transparent elements such as full-height glass partitions and mirrored arcs blur the boundaries between zones, maintaining spatial openness. Natural and artificial light shape the depth of the space, while mineral plaster with a concrete-like texture forms a monolithic envelope. Graphite built-ins and linear black details create a calm architectural framework, balanced by warm brass accents and soft textiles that soften the harshness of the industrial base.

由 Eklekt 建筑工作室設計的 “絲絨混凝土” 住宅內飾，位于波蘭克拉科夫后工業(yè)區(qū)扎布洛西。項目以材質邏輯重新詮釋工業(yè)遺產，全高玻璃隔斷、鏡面弧形等通透元素弱化區(qū)域界限，保留空間開闊感。自然與人工光線勾勒空間層次，仿混凝土質感的礦物灰泥構成整體基底，石墨色嵌入式家具與黑色線條營造沉靜的建筑框架，而暖黃銅點綴與柔軟織物則中和了工業(yè)基底的硬朗感。

Key bespoke elements, including the sculptural dining table, the carved wall composition in the bedroom, and the expressive lighting pieces, function as architectural anchors. They define each functional zone without disrupting the continuous spatial flow. The conservatory and terrace extend the interior space into the greenery outside, adhering to the same material language. Here, light transitions gently, merging indoor comfort with outdoor vitality to form a seamless connection between living areas and nature.

雕塑感餐桌、臥室雕花墻面、富有表現力的燈具等定制核心構件，如同空間的 “建筑錨點”。它們明確劃分各功能區(qū)域，卻不打破空間的連續(xù)性。陽光房與露臺將室內空間延伸至室外綠植中，延續(xù)統(tǒng)一的材質語言，光線在此處柔和過渡，讓室內舒適感與室外生機交融，實現生活區(qū)域與自然的無縫銜接。

The visual permeability between the bedroom and bathing zone creates a hotel-like sense of luxury while ensuring high functionality. This balance reflects Eklekt Atelier’s focus on both aesthetics and practicality. Eliza Mrozińska’s styling adds subtle elegance, with each decoration complementing the overall material palette. Every detail, from GLAMORA wallpaper to Ceramica Catalano sanitary ware, reinforces the project’s precise and cohesive design identity.

臥室與衛(wèi)浴區(qū)的視覺通透感，既營造出酒店般的奢華氛圍，又保障了極強的實用性，這一平衡體現了 Eklekt 建筑工作室對美學與功能的雙重重視。伊麗莎?姆羅津斯卡的軟裝設計增添含蓄優(yōu)雅，每件裝飾品都與整體材質色調相得益彰。從 GLAMORA 壁紙到 Ceramica Catalano 衛(wèi)浴用品，每處細節(jié)都強化了項目精準、統(tǒng)一的設計定位。

Lighting fixtures such as AQForm’s RAFTER points LED surface and Brokis’ Muffin Tall Floor Lamp are more than just functional items—they are statements of the design concept. These pieces emit soft glows that enhance the subtle contrast between industrial materials and warm textures. Additional lighting from Flos and Aromas Del Campo further elevates the space, transforming functional elements into artistic accents that guide the viewer’s gaze and shape the mood of each room.

AQForm 的 RAFTER 點式 LED 面光源、Brokis 的 Muffin Tall 落地燈等燈具，不僅是功能性構件，更是設計理念的表達載體。它們散發(fā)的柔和光線，放大了工業(yè)材質與溫暖質感間的微妙對比。Flos 與 Aromas Del Campo 的補充照明則進一步提升空間格調，將功能性元素轉化為藝術化亮點，引導視覺焦點并塑造各房間的氛圍。

Completed in 2023, this 120-square-meter apartment translates Zab?ocie’s industrial past into a form of quiet luxury. Przemys?aw Cepielik’s concept, brought to life by the design team, avoids clichéd industrial aesthetics. Instead, it uses materiality and light to create a home that honors the area’s heritage while meeting modern living needs—proving that industrial legacy can be reimagined as soft, comfortable, and deeply human.

這座 120 平方米的公寓于 2023 年完工，將扎布洛西的工業(yè)歷史轉化為低調奢華的生活場景。普熱梅斯瓦夫?塞佩利克的設計理念經團隊落地呈現，摒棄了工業(yè)風格的俗套表達，轉而以材質與光線為媒介，打造出既尊重區(qū)域遺產、又滿足現代居住需求的家園 —— 印證了工業(yè)遺產完全可被重塑為柔和、舒適且充滿人文溫度的空間。
