財聯社12月15日電，商務部等6部門印發《促進服務外包高質量發展行動計劃》。計劃指出，支持服務外包相關業務創新。支持符合條件的中西部資源型城市發展云計算、超算、智算、人工智能等相關的服務外包業務，承接國內外信息技術外包和數字服務轉移，探索資源型城市數字化轉型新路徑。
