而對于加拿大客戶,千萬不要搞錯時間!他們的感恩節是在每年10月的第二個星期一,比美國早一個多月。

什么時候發比較合適?
美國客戶:最佳時間是美國當地周三或周四上午,因為大家周四下午開始度假。
加拿大客戶:可以提前一周發,注意語氣中性。
英國、亞洲、歐洲客戶:可提前一周或節日前幾天發,重點是表達感謝而非節日。
長期聯系客戶/潛在客戶:提前 3-5 天發送,給對方留下專業的印象即可。
總結一句話:節日前發送郵件最穩妥,既顯示你有心,又不會打擾客戶度假。
