2025人才主題周｜全球青年領袖年度對話會資深嘉賓陣容前瞻

作為2025“智匯海淀”人才主題周重要主活動之一的2025全球青年領袖年度對話會將于11月18日至20日在北京海淀正式舉行。本屆對話會以“青年之智·解碼未來”為主題，圍繞科技創新創業生態、科技與人工智能解決全球挑戰等議題開展論壇與對話交流。

在今年的對話會上，我們將迎來兩位在科技創新與全球化研究領域頗具影響力的資深嘉賓，在大會上發表主題演講：清華大學智能產業研究院院長——張亞勤，以及全球化智庫（CCG）創始人兼理事長、國務院原參事——王輝耀。兩位嘉賓長期活躍在世界科技與全球化研究的核心場域，他們的研究與倡議在國際范圍內產生持續影響，不僅塑造著技術發展的方向，也深刻介入全球化進程的未來思考。

張亞勤院長將以前沿科技領軍者的視角，聚焦人工智能的發展趨勢，探討技術躍遷對未來產業、社會治理和青年創新者的重大意義；王輝耀理事長則將深度解析全球化發展的最新趨勢和中國未來五年在其中扮演的重要角色，為各國青年提供參考。

張亞勤 Dr. Ya-Qin ZHANG

清華大學智能產業研究院院長

張亞勤院士是清華大學智能科學講席教授，清華大學智能產業研究院院長。他于2014年9月至2019年10月擔任百度公司總裁。出任百度總裁前，張亞勤院士曾在微軟公司工作16年，歷任全球資深副總裁兼微軟亞太研發集團主席、微軟亞洲研究院院長兼首席科學家、微軟全球副總裁和微軟中國董事長。張亞勤院士是數字視頻和人工智能領域的世界級科學家和企業家，擁有60多項美國專利，發表500多篇學術論文，并出版11本專著。他發明的多項圖像視頻壓縮和傳輸技術被國際標準采用，廣泛地應用于高清電視、互聯網視頻、多媒體檢索、移動視頻、和圖像數據庫領域。他是世界經濟論壇達沃斯“人工智能委員會”委員、“未來交通指導委員會”委員，并擔任全球最大自動駕駛技術開放平臺Apollo聯盟理事長。他也是聯合國計劃發展總署（UNDP）企業董事會董事。張亞勤院士是中國工程院院士（外籍），美國藝術與科學院院士，和澳大利亞國家工程院院士（外籍）。他也是美國國家發明院（NAI） 院士，歐亞科學院院士和中國人工智能學會會士。1997年他31歲被授予IEEE Fellow，成為歷史上獲得這一榮譽最年輕的科學家，并于2004年獲得IEEE技術先鋒獎、2023年榮獲中國政府友誼獎，他在十余所世界頂尖高校擔任校董、榮譽或客座教授，并在4家高科技公司擔任董事。

Dr. Ya-Qin Zhang is Chair Professor of AI Science at Tsinghua University, and Dean of Institute for AI Industry Research of Tsinghua University (AIR). He was the President of Baidu Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Prior to Baidu, Dr. Zhang was a Microsoft executive for 16 years with different key positions, including Managing Director of Microsoft Research Asia, Chairman of Microsoft China, and Corporate Vice President and Chairman of Microsoft Asia R&D. Dr. Zhang was elected to the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), the American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAA&S), the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (ATSE), the National Academy of Inventors (NAI), and the Euro-Asia Academy of Sciences. He is a Fellow of IEEE and CAAI. He is one of the top scientists and technologists in digital video and AI, with over 500 papers, 60 granted US patents, and 11 books. His original research has become the basis for start-up ventures, new products, and international standards in digital video, cloud computing, and autonomous driving. He was awarded the China Friendship Award in 2023.He serves on the Board of Directors of four public companies. He is on the industry board of United Nation Development Program (UNDP), and AI global council of the Davos World Economic Forum. He is the Chairman of world’s largest open autonomous driving platform “Apollo” alliance with over 200 global partners. He has been an active speaker in global forums including APEC, Davos, United Nations, and Bo’Ao Asia Forum.

王輝耀博士，全球化智庫（CCG）創始人兼理事長，國務院原參事，商務部中國國際經濟合作學會副會長，中國公共關系協會副會長，人社部中國人才研究會國際人才專業委員會會長，中國人民外交學會理事，中國太平洋經濟合作全國委員會理事，中國僑聯專家委員會專家。曾任中國歐美同學會副會長，國家經貿部（現商務部）國際經濟合作司官員，國際移民組織（IOM）顧問，世界銀行專家，全球最大工程咨詢和項目管理公司之一SNC-Lavalin國際公司董事總經理，世界大型跨國項目管理公司AMEC-Agra國際公司副總裁，加拿大魁北克駐香港和大中華區首席經濟代表。在加拿大西大略大學和英國曼切斯特大學攻讀博士研究生，獲得國際管理博士學位（PhD)。曾擔任哈佛大學肯尼迪學院高級研究員和美國布魯金斯學會客座研究員，北京大學光華管理學院兼職教授，西南財經大學發展研究院院長。目前擔任杜克昆山大學顧問委員會顧問，加拿大西安大略大學毅偉商學院顧問委員會顧問，清華大學全球勝任力發展指導中心顧問委員會成員等。在全球化戰略，全球治理，中美關系，人才發展，企業國際化等領域有豐富的研究，著有《跨越修昔底德陷阱:王輝耀對話格雷厄姆·艾利森-論中國與世界》《我向世界說中國》《海歸中國》《21世紀的中國與全球化》等中英文著作近百部，并連續多年主編由社科院社科文獻出版社《國際人才藍皮書》《中國企業全球化報告》藍皮書系列、擔任國際知名出版社Springer-Nature出版的《China and Globalization》系列英文著作主編，在國內外主流媒體發表中英文評論文章數百篇。

WANG Huiyao (Henry) PhD, Founder and President of Center for China and Globalization, Former Counsellor to China State Council. In addition, he is Vice Chairman of China Association for International Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Commerce, Vice Chairman of China Public Relations Association; a Director of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs and a Director of China National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation, both organizations under the supervision of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the Dean of Institute of Development Studies of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics of China, and a member of Advisory Committee for Global Competence Development of Tsinghua University. Currently, he is a Steering Committee Member of Paris Peace Forum, Global Governance for the Digital Ecosystems (GGDE) and also sits on the Advisory Board of Duke Kunshan University and Richard Ivey Business School. Dr. Wang pursued his PhD studies at University of Western Ontario and University of Manchester. He was a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, a Visiting Fellow of Brookings Institution, and a Senior Fellow at the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada. As a thought leader on global governance, international relations, global migration, foreign investment and trade, Chinese Diasporas and Chinese think tanks etc. and has published nearly 100 books in English and, He is also the editor of Springer’s China and Globalization book series. His latest books "Escaping Thucydides’ Trap: Dialogue with Graham Allison on China-US Relations" and “CCG Global Dialogues: Understanding Globalization, Global Gaps, and Power Shifts in the 21st Century” both published by Palgrave Macmillan. Dr. Wang is a frequent speaker at international events such as the World Economic Forum, Munich Security Conference, Paris Peace Forum, WTO Public Forum, Munk Debate, Doha Forum, and Milken Global Forum. He is also a frequent contributing writer for the op-eds to South China Morning Post, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times, Economist and others.
