本院在執(zhí)行（2017）蘇1323民初8265號(hào)民事判決書的案件中，依據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)民事訴訟法》第二百六十六條規(guī)定，于2025年8月27日發(fā)布了對(duì)被執(zhí)行人莊曉峰的執(zhí)行懸賞公告。后因被執(zhí)行人莊曉峰被依法拘留，申請(qǐng)執(zhí)行人已書面申請(qǐng)撤銷對(duì)被執(zhí)行人莊曉峰的執(zhí)行懸賞，現(xiàn)本院決定對(duì)被執(zhí)行人莊曉峰的執(zhí)行懸賞予以撤銷。
