活動預告| 智慧人居鴻儒講壇邀請國外專家分享規劃治理與人工智能技術的英國經驗

自然資源部智慧人居環境與空間規劃治理技術創新中心計劃于2026年4月23日舉辦“智慧人居鴻儒講壇”，屆時將邀請倫敦大學學院副教務長、巴特萊特規劃學院研究主任Lauren Andres教授，和巴特萊特規劃學院院長Mike Raco教授作報告，報告主題為“規劃治理與人工智能技術的推廣：英國經驗”。

嘉賓簡介

Lauren Andresis Pro-Vice-Provost (Inequalities) for the UCL Grand Challenge. She holds a Chair in Planning and Urban Transformations at the Bartlett School of Planning, where she also serves as Director of Research. Lauren’s work focuses on adaptable cities, with particular attention to the temporary and more permanent transformations experienced by cities, people, and places. She specialises in research on socio-economic and urban inequalities associated with crises and disruptions, examining how these challenge key priorities such as resilience, sustainability, and social justice, as well as shape policy-making and urban governance. Her latest monograph, Adaptable Cities and Temporary Urbanisms, was published in 2025 by Columbia University Press.

Lauren Andres現任倫敦大學學院副教務長、巴特萊特規劃學院教授、研究主任。研究聚焦于適應性城市，重點關注城市、人群與場所經歷的臨時性及長期性的轉變。長期深耕危機和沖擊下的社會經濟及城市不平等問題，分析此類問題如何影響城市韌性、可持續性、社會公平等核心發展目標，并重塑政策制定與城市治理。其最新專著《適應性城市與臨時性城市主義》于 2025 年由哥倫比亞大學出版社出版。

Mike Racois Professor of Urban Governance and Development in the Bartlett School of Planning, University College London and the current Head of School. He has worked extensively on approaches to urban regeneration in Global Cities. He has also contributed to debates over the governance of mega-events and contract-led forms of project delivery. His most recent book is entitled London (with Frances Brill) and is part of a Megacities series published by Agenda Press.

Mike Raco現任倫敦大學學院巴特萊特規劃學院教授、院長。長期致力于全球城市城市更新路徑研究，并深度參與大型賽事治理與合同主導型項目實施模式等領域的學術研討。其最新著作《倫敦》（與Frances Brill合著）入選阿格達出版社 “大都市” 系列叢書。
