19歲時曾被全網點贊的他，21歲又干了一件大事

浙江小伙毛晨晰曾因一次教科書般的救援，幫助摔倒老人脫險，被全網點贊。

近日，他再次做出一個溫暖的舉動：他在杭州捐獻了造血干細胞，用另一種方式守護生命。

Mao Chenxi, a young man from Zhejiang province who gained nationwide praise for a textbook rescue of an elderly man, has once again made a heartwarming gesture — this time by donating hematopoietic stem cells in Hangzhou, safeguarding life in a different way.

今年21歲的毛晨晰身高1.81米，體重55公斤。

2023年，初入職場的他來到浙江嘉興平湖游泳運動協會工作。作為游泳教練，他考取了紅十字救護員證。

3年間，毛晨晰多次跟隨平湖紅十字會開展防溺水、應急救護科普，把安全知識帶給更多人。

Mao, 21, stands 1.81 meters tall and weighs 55 kilograms. In 2023, he began his career at the Pinghu Swimming Association in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province. As a swimming coach, he obtained certification as a Red Cross first responder. Over the past three years, he has frequently partnered with the Pinghu Red Cross to deliver public education on drowning prevention and emergency response, helping spread life-saving knowledge to a wider audience.

曾做游泳教練的毛晨晰

讓毛晨晰被全網所知的，是兩年前的一次救人的經歷。

2024年7月，嘉興平湖一位老人突然摔倒，后腦勺出血。

毛晨晰沒有絲毫猶豫，迅速找來兩輛共享單車將老人圍住避免二次傷害，詢問老人情況，并立馬撥打了120。

Mao first came into the public spotlight two years ago following a rescue incident. In July 2024, an elderly man in Pinghu collapsed and suffered bleeding at the back of his head. Mao acted without hesitation — quickly using two shared bikes to shield the man from further harm, checking on his condition, and immediately calling 120.

擔心僅憑自己難以應付，他又趕緊去附近的藥房搬救兵，當他騎車返回時，救護車也同時到達。隨后毛晨晰跟隨120將老人送到醫院。

這段溫暖的救援視頻獲無數網友點贊。

Worried he might not be able to manage alone, he rushed to a nearby pharmacy for help. As he returned by bike, an ambulance arrived at the scene. Mao accompanied the ambulance to the hospital. The rescue was captured on video and drew widespread praise online.

21歲又干了件大事

2024年10月13日，毛晨晰迎來20歲生日。

這一天，他走進獻血點，完成人生第一次無償獻血300毫升，同步留取血樣加入中華骨髓庫，并鄭重簽署人體器官（組織）捐獻志愿書。

對毛晨晰而言，生日最好的禮物是給生命一份希望。

On Oct 13, 2024, his 20th birthday, Mao walked into a blood donation center and completed his first voluntary blood donation — 300 milliliters. He also registered with the China Marrow Donor Program and formally signed a human organ and tissue donation consent form. For Mao, the best birthday gift was giving the gift of hope.

2025年11月20日，毛晨晰接到了杭州拱墅區紅十字會的電話：他與一名急需造血干細胞的患者初配成功。毛晨晰的第一反應是驚喜，“剛入庫一年就能配上，對我和對方來說都是難得的緣分。”

他還給受捐者寫了一封信，鼓勵對方“一定要堅強樂觀，好好治療，將來會有好日子等著你！”

On Nov 20, 2025, Mao received a call from the Gongshu District Red Cross in Hangzhou: he was a preliminary match for a patient in urgent need of hematopoietic stem cells. His first reaction was one of surprise. "To match within a year of registering — it's a rare connection for both me and the recipient," he said.

He also wrote a letter to the recipient, encouraging them to "stay strong and optimistic, focus on treatment, and know that brighter days lie ahead."

毛晨晰成為浙江省第1379例造血干細胞捐獻者

3月27日12時40分，經過282分鐘的采集，毛晨晰捐獻216毫升造血干細胞混懸液，成為浙江省第1379例造血干細胞捐獻者。

At 12:40 pm on Friday, after 282 minutes of collection, Mao donated 216 milliliters of hematopoietic stem cell suspension, becoming the 1,379th stem cell donor in Zhejiang province.
