海洋高等研究院/深圳海洋大學簡介

I. Introduction

南方科技大學海洋高等研究院（以下簡稱“南科大海高院”）作為校級實體科研機構，致力于高效開展南科大海洋領域有組織科研，籌建深圳海洋大學，謀劃并承擔重大戰略任務，提升重大平臺建設能力、科技創新能力和高端人才培養能力，為建設世界一流學科、新型研究型大學做出核心貢獻。

深圳海洋大學選址位于大鵬新區壩光片區，主校園于2023年7月20日開工建設，目前已全面封頂，預計2026年校園全面竣工。深圳海洋大學二期（海洋博物館）與海洋大學三期（深?？瓶贾行模┱涌旖ㄔO中。

The Advanced Institute for Ocean Research (AIOR) of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) is a scientific research institution, dedicated to efficiently conducting organized scientific research, coordinating ocean-related resources, planning and undertaking major strategic tasks in the ocean field, and enhancing the university’s capability for innovation in ocean science and technology, scientific research support services and high-end talent training. AIOR aims to make important contributions to elevate SUSTech into a world-class institution in ocean discipline and an outstanding first-class university.

The AIOR/Shenzhen Ocean University Preparatory Office is leading the task of integrally establishing the Shenzhen Ocean University (SOU), the Deep Ocean Research Center, and the Ocean Museum. This initiative aims to cultivate urgently needed top-tier talents, promote Shenzhen’s “20+8” industrial clusters, and support the city’s vision to become a global leading ocean city.

SOU is located in the Dapeng New District of Shenzhen. The main campus began construction on July 20, 2023, with expected completion by 2026. The construction of the Deep Ocean Research Center and Ocean Museum is also progressing rapidly.

II.Targeted Faculty Recruitment

（一）招聘方向

海高院/深圳海洋大學（籌）近期重點引進以下3個研究方向：

（1）海洋電子信息

（2）海洋新能源

（3）人工智能

I. Research Directions

The AIOR/SOU focuses on the following three research directions: Ocean Electronics and Information, Ocean New Energy and Engineering, Artificial intelligence.

1.海洋電子信息：包括數據科學、通訊技術、水下機器人等；研發使用聲波、激光、電磁波等手段發展水面、水下、海底跨域信息傳輸的通信技術；開發衛星、岸基、基站、鄰近空間、底基組網等技術；運用大數據、人工智能和高性能計算技術，對海量海洋觀測數據進行分析與數字孿生建模。

OceanElectronics andInformation: Including data science, communication technology, underwater robotics; research and developmentof communication technologies that use sound waves, lasers, electromagnetic waves and other transmission methods to enable cross-domain information transfer on the sea surface, underwater and seabed; also develop networking technologies for satellites, shore stations, base stations, adjacent spaces, and bottom-based systems; Leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing to analyze large-scale ocean observation data and develop digital twin models of ocean systems.

2.海洋新能源：研發海洋新能源（風能、氫能、太陽能、波浪能、溫差能等）的開發、利用技術與評估，構建清潔、低碳/無碳、高效的海洋新能源體系。

Ocean New Energy: Including assessing, developing and utilizing marine renewable energy sources such as wind, hydrogen, solar, wave, and thermal gradient energy,to create a clean, low-carbon, and efficient energy system for ocean applications.

3. 人工智能：聚焦人工智能技術賦能海洋裝備制造、海洋能源開發、海洋生命健康、海洋科學研究等全場景應用。

Artificial Intelligence:Concentrate on AI-enabled applications across the entire marine domain, including marine equipment manufacturing, ocean energy development, marine life and health, and marine scientific research.

引才崗位分為教學科研系列和研究系列，歡迎優秀的應屆博士畢業生加盟！

（1）教學科研系列包括講席教授（頂尖科學家、院士等）、教授、副教授、助理教授，按“準聘-長聘”方式聘用；

（2）研究序列包括研究教授、研究副教授、研究助理教授。

II. Positions

The recruitment positions are divided into two tracks: the “Teaching and Research Track” and the “Research Track”. We warmly welcomeoutstandingdoctoral graduatesto join us!

(1) The Teaching and Research Track includes chair professors (top leading scientists, academicians, etc.), professors, associate professors, and assistant professors, all on a tenure-track basis.

(2) The Research Track includes research professors, research associate professors, and research assistant professors.

Access to research funding from national to district levels. The Teaching and Research Track is accompanied by research support funds provided by the university based on individually negotiated.

IV. Research Space

The transition campus is located in Biological Garden Building 8 in Dapeng, while the new campus offers more ample space for scientific research.

VI. Housing Policy

Talent housing in Dapeng with a 3-year rent-free period, followed by discounted rental rates.
