About Vita

Vita is a newly launched international journal that aims to publish outstanding research across all areas of life and biomedical sciences. The journal is published by Higher Education Press,led by the Alliance of Open Life Science. Vita publishes research of unusual significance and broad interest, either delivering crucial conceptual advances toward understanding intriguing and important biological questions, or presenting disruptive technological breakthroughs across all areas of life sciences and biomedicine. The Co-Editors-in-Chiefare Dr. Dangsheng Li and Dr. Yigong Shi.

Career Opportunities

Position：Scientific Editors

Vita is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated Scientific Editor with expertise inImmunologyto join us and contribute to the launch of our flagship journal. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a brand-new journal, influencing the future of science communication and establishing it as a leading voice that drives discussion and priorities across fundamental biology, as well as basic biomedical and translational research. If you are passionate about scientific publishing, eager to contribute to a high-impact journal, and excited to work in a collaborative editorial environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

1) Under the guidance of the Editor-in-Chief, handle all aspects of manuscript processing, including but not limited to evaluating submissions, managing the peer-review process, and commissioning/editing review articles.

2) Collaborate closely with the Vita editorial family and the global scientific community to advance the journal’s mission.

3) Attend and co-organize conferences and meetings, and visit research institutions to foster professional connections with experts in the field.

Qualifications

1) PhD degree in area of Immunology.

2) Genuine passion for science and scientific publishing,with a consistent eagerness to learn more.

3) Broad scientific curiosity and the ability to think critically across diverse research areas.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Responsible, proactive, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

6) Previous editorial experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, candidates with prior editorial experience may be considered for a Senior Editor role.

Position Two：Marketing Operations Specialist（市場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)崗）

崗位職責(zé)：

1. 負(fù)責(zé)Vita期刊官方網(wǎng)站的宣傳內(nèi)容的優(yōu)化與運(yùn)營(yíng)；

2. 負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)內(nèi)外主流社交媒體賬號(hào)的建立、內(nèi)容運(yùn)營(yíng)與社群管理，包括但不限于微信公眾號(hào)、Twitter、Bluesky等中英文社交媒體平臺(tái)；

3. 配合期刊稿件宣傳，完成新聞稿件采寫(xiě)；

4. 負(fù)責(zé)期刊的宣傳活動(dòng)策劃與執(zhí)行；

5. 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。

應(yīng)聘條件：

1. 了解Vita期刊定位和特色，具有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)；

2. 碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷，精通英語(yǔ)，文學(xué)專業(yè)、新聞學(xué)專業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；

3. 熟悉網(wǎng)站、微信公眾號(hào)等新媒體平臺(tái)的全流程運(yùn)營(yíng)工作，掌握相關(guān)采編及推廣技能，熟悉各類社交媒體平臺(tái)特點(diǎn)，有3年以上相關(guān)賬號(hào)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

4. 熟練掌握premiere、final cut pro、剪映等非編軟件，有AE基礎(chǔ)、熟悉制圖、攝影者優(yōu)先；

5. 具有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，良好的人際溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，有較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行能力，思維活躍、工作細(xì)心；

6. 請(qǐng)整理一份含新聞稿件、推文排版、視頻（如有）等的作品集，隨cv投遞。

Position Three：Graphic & Layout Designer（圖像/排版設(shè)計(jì)崗）

崗位職責(zé)：

1. 負(fù)責(zé)版式、圖像等期刊視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)（如協(xié)助作者設(shè)計(jì)和完成論文中的圖片或封面圖）工作;

2. 負(fù)責(zé)官方網(wǎng)頁(yè)視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)及迭代更新；

3. 負(fù)責(zé)部分期刊的排版和編校工作，與編輯人員協(xié)作，合理推進(jìn)排版進(jìn)度;

4. 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。

應(yīng)聘條件：

1. 了解Vita期刊定位和特色，具有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)；

2. 精通常用辦公軟件，精通InDesign、Photoshop等排版設(shè)計(jì)軟件和圖片設(shè)計(jì)軟件，能獨(dú)立完成圖像、版式等視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)工作，具備主動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)的思維和能力，并進(jìn)行圖文排版和版面校對(duì)；

3. 碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷，視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)、編輯出版專業(yè)及相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，精通英語(yǔ)，工作認(rèn)真、踏實(shí)、細(xì)心，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，有學(xué)術(shù)期刊排版設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

4. 善于溝通，有較好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具有高水平期刊工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

5. 請(qǐng)整理一份個(gè)人排版、設(shè)計(jì)件的作品集，隨cv投遞。
