據報道，2月23日，韓國電池制造商三星SDI表示，公司在延長鋰金屬電池壽命和提高其安全性方面取得了突破，可能為其下一代產品的商業化鋪平道路。三星SDI稱，公司與哥倫比亞大學共同開發了一種氟基凝膠聚合物電解質，可有效抑制長期損害鋰金屬電池性能的關鍵因素——枝晶的形成。
