Nestled in S?o Paulo’s traditional Pacaembu neighborhood, the Gondim Albuquerque Negreiros ADV Office is a 500 m2 workspace transformed from a modernist house by StudioVA arquitetos. Far from conventional corporate districts, it occupies a quiet residential address close to courts and administrative centers, aligning with the firm’s culture of staying human-centered and connected to people. The renovation honors the building’s original structure while infusing it with the firm’s identity, creating a space that balances functionality with warmth, professionalism with accessibility.

坐落于圣保羅傳統的帕卡恩布街區，貢迪姆?阿爾布開克?內格雷羅斯律師事務所辦公室是由 StudioVA arquitetos 將一座現代主義住宅改造而成的 500 平方米工作空間。它遠離傳統商務區，選址于靠近法院與行政中心的寧靜住宅區，契合律所以人為本、貼近大眾的文化理念。改造在尊重建筑原有結構的基礎上，融入企業特質，打造出兼具功能性與暖意、專業感與親和力的空間。

The project’s core lies in redefining circulation and spatial logic. Two distinct flows—social and service—replace the former single route, bringing fluidity, privacy, and harmonious teamwork. The ground floor houses reception, support rooms, and a private waiting lounge connecting directly to meeting rooms, ensuring clients are received without crossing work areas. Two preserved staircases reinforce this segmented circulation: one leads to the first-floor operational core with an open workspace and side garden access, while the other serves the top floor’s leadership offices and strategic meeting rooms.

項目的核心在于重新定義動線與空間邏輯。社交與服務兩條獨立動線取代了原先單一通道，帶來流暢性、私密性與團隊間的和諧協作。一層設有接待區、輔助用房以及直接連通會議室的私人等候區，確保客戶接待無需穿越工作區域。兩座保留的樓梯強化了這種分區動線設計：一座通往一層的核心辦公區與側花園入口，另一座則服務于頂層的領導層辦公室與戰略會議室。

Materiality and color weave the firm’s identity into every corner. The original mustard yellow, black, and white brand palette is subtly reinterpreted, complemented by natural wood, earthy tones, and soft textures. The reception desk features a mustard-yellow lacquered “G” logo integrated into custom millwork spanning the double-height ceiling, paired with a sculpture by Estúdio Maci?o. Preserved checkerboard marble floors and restored wooden parquet honor the building’s memory, while carpeted areas smooth transitions between old and new, balancing institutional rigor with warmth.

材質與色彩將律所特質編織進每個角落。品牌標志性的芥末黃、黑與白三色被巧妙重新詮釋，搭配天然木材、大地色調與柔和質感。接待臺以芥末黃漆面 “G” 字母標志為亮點，嵌入橫跨雙層挑高天花板的定制木工面板中，旁配巴西 Estúdio Maci?o 工作室的雕塑作品。保留的棋盤格大理石地面與修復的木質拼花地板致敬建筑的歷史記憶，而鋪有地毯的區域則實現新舊空間的平滑過渡，平衡了機構的嚴謹性與空間暖意。

Biophilic design and lighting enhance well-being and focus. Lush exterior vegetation is integrated into the interior, offering framed green views throughout the workday, while an indoor tree directly echoes the outdoor landscape. Collaborating with Atrium Lighting Design, the project balances technical lighting with comfort: operational spaces prioritize focus and productivity, while meeting rooms and lounges adopt warmer tones for inviting atmospheres. Low-maintenance plants ensure visual continuity across floors, fostering a connection to nature that calms the mind amid intense legal work.

親生物設計與照明系統提升了空間的舒適感與專注力。繁茂的室外植被被融入室內，讓工作全天都能欣賞到框景式綠色景致，而一株室內樹木則直接呼應戶外景觀。項目與 Atrium Lighting Design 合作，實現了技術照明與舒適感的平衡：辦公區側重專注力與工作效率，會議室與休息區則采用更溫暖的色調營造親切氛圍。易養護的植物確保各樓層視覺連貫性，在高強度的法律工作中，構建起能平復心緒的自然聯結。

The office is a testament to the firm’s symbolic and social values. Named Casa Esperan?a Garcia to honor Brazil’s first Black lawyer, it reinforces commitments to justice, human rights, and social impact. Interior artworks celebrate Black historical figures in Brazil’s human rights struggle—including Esperan?a Garcia herself—adding cultural depth and representational meaning. This fusion of architecture and advocacy turns the workspace into more than an office; it is a platform for the firm’s beliefs, where every detail reflects its trajectory of courage, excellence, and humanity.

這座辦公室是律所象征意義與社會價值觀的具象表達。它被命名為埃斯佩蘭薩?加西亞之家（Casa Esperan?a Garcia），以此致敬巴西首位黑人律師，彰顯律所對正義、人權與社會影響力的堅守。室內藝術品贊頌了巴西人權斗爭中的黑人歷史人物 —— 包括埃斯佩蘭薩?加西亞本人 —— 增添了文化厚度與代表性意義。建筑與公益理念的融合，讓這里不止是辦公空間，更成為律所信念的傳播平臺，每個細節都映射著其秉持勇氣、追求卓越、堅守人文的發展軌跡。

Furniture and functional design prioritize durability, ergonomics, and cohesion. Pieces from brands like Novacorp and Flexform, paired with mustard-upholstered chairs, add vibrant notes to the serene palette. The top-floor strategic meeting rooms feature controlled acoustics, appropriate lighting, and flexible layouts for high-complexity discussions. Every element—from the reorganized flows to the preserved architectural details—serves the firm’s goal: to maintain efficiency for a national practice with over 150 lawyers, while remaining close, accessible, and free from corporate excess.

家具與功能設計兼顧耐用性、人體工程學與協調性。來自 Novacorp、Flexform 等品牌的家具搭配芥末黃軟包座椅，為寧靜的色調注入活力。頂層戰略會議室配備可控隔音系統、適宜照明與靈活布局，以滿足高復雜度討論需求。從重組的動線到保留的建筑細節，每一處設計都服務于律所的核心目標：既為擁有 150 余名律師的全國性律所保障高效運營，又始終保持貼近大眾、易于溝通的特質，摒棄傳統企業的冗余感。

More than a workspace, the office is a coherent continuation of the firm’s 20-year history in Rio de Janeiro. It translates the brand’s essence into architecture—balancing institutional rigor with warmth, tradition with modernity, and professionalism with humanity. For clients, collaborators, and staff, it offers an emotional connection to the firm’s values: a space where legal work unfolds amid respect for history, nature, and people. In S?o Paulo’s urban landscape, it stands as a unique example of how offices can embody purpose, culture, and impact.

這座辦公室不止是一處工作場所，更是律所在里約熱內盧二十年發展歷程的連貫延續。它將品牌精髓轉化為建筑語言 —— 平衡機構的嚴謹與空間的暖意、傳統的底蘊與現代的活力、專業的操守與人文的關懷。對于客戶、合作伙伴與員工而言，這里能讓人與律所的價值觀產生情感共鳴：在尊重歷史、自然與人文的環境中，推進法律工作。在圣保羅的城市肌理中，它成為一處獨特典范，證明辦公空間能夠承載使命、彰顯文化、傳遞影響力。
