21 Lessons From 14 Years at Google.

1. 最優(yōu)秀的工程師，都執(zhí)著于解決用戶的問題。The best engineers are obsessed with solving user problems.

2. 堅(jiān)持自己正確很容易，但讓他人認(rèn)同正確才見真章。Being right is cheap. Getting to right together is the real work.

3. 行動(dòng)導(dǎo)向至上。先發(fā)布再完善。拙作猶可改，空白無從修。Bias towards action. Ship. You can edit a bad page, but you can’t edit a blank one.

4. 清晰即是資歷。聰明反成累贅。Clarity is seniority. Cleverness is overhead.

5. 新穎性是你用服務(wù)中斷、招聘和認(rèn)知開銷來償還的債務(wù)。Novelty is a loan you repay in outages, hiring, and cognitive overhead.

6. 為你代言的不是代碼，而是人。Your code doesn’t advocate for you. People do.

7. 最好的代碼，是你永遠(yuǎn)不必去寫的代碼。The best code is the code you never had to write.

8. 當(dāng)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大，就連你代碼里的錯(cuò)誤都有用戶了。At scale, even your bugs have users.

9. 多數(shù)所謂的“遲緩”團(tuán)隊(duì)，實(shí)則是指向錯(cuò)位的團(tuán)隊(duì)。Most "slow" teams are actually misaligned teams.

10. 聚焦于你能夠掌控的，無視那些你無法左右的。Focus on what you can control. Ignore what you can’t.

如果你興趣很多，接下來 2~3 年，千萬別這樣活。

If you have multiple interests, do not waste the next 2-3 years.

Dan Koe 說，我們早已不在工業(yè)時(shí)代了。只專注一項(xiàng)技能，幾乎等同于自取滅亡。

1. 我想要一個(gè)容器，讓我能把所有興趣匯聚成有意義的工作，并從中獲得體面的收入。

2. 人類之所以變成朝九晚五的流水線工人，說到底是因?yàn)檎⒉环?wù)國家利益，而是服務(wù)自身利益；企業(yè)也不服務(wù)員工利益，而是服務(wù)自身利益。

3. 如果純粹的專業(yè)化會(huì)讓人變得愚鈍、依賴，那么到底是什么讓一個(gè)人變得聰明且自主？

4. 三個(gè)要素：自我教育、自我利益、自給自足。

5. 自我教育很好理解，因?yàn)槿绻阆氆@得不同于傳統(tǒng)教育的結(jié)果，你就必須主導(dǎo)自己的學(xué)習(xí)。

6. 追隨你的興趣，因?yàn)槟愕呐d趣很可能以一種無私的方式惠及他人——這取決于你的認(rèn)知與道德發(fā)展水平。

7. 自給自足，就是拒絕把你的判斷、學(xué)習(xí)與行動(dòng)力外包出去。

8. 自我利益驅(qū)動(dòng)自我教育。

9. 自我教育促成自給自足。

10. 自給自足澄清自我利益。

11. 他們對營銷懂得足夠多，能指導(dǎo)它；對產(chǎn)品懂得足夠多，能把它做出來；對人懂得足夠多，能帶領(lǐng)他們。

12. 但他們也需要掌舵，需要在環(huán)境變化時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)并適應(yīng)。

13. 在我看來，終極護(hù)城河——或最后一個(gè)值得付費(fèi)的競爭優(yōu)勢——是一種觀點(diǎn)。

14. 你對現(xiàn)實(shí)的模型越復(fù)雜，你能解決的問題就越多，能看到的機(jī)會(huì)就越多，能創(chuàng)造的價(jià)值也就越大。

15. 從出生到現(xiàn)在，你一直在培養(yǎng)一種別人看不到的視角——一種 AI 只有在你告訴它“該怎么想”時(shí)才會(huì)想到的視角。

Having multiple interests is a valuable superpower that helps you see the world in unique ways and solve complex problems. By sharing your ideas and skills publicly, you can build a personal brand, attract an audience, and create a business around what you love. Focus on curating and creating content that excites you and serves others to turn your passions into meaningful work.
