惹眾怒的短劇，已下架！

近期，一部名為《逼錦鯉替嫁活閻王，相府氣運全斷了》的短劇，引發(fā)眾怒。

A short drama series featuring an 11-year-old actress playing a child bride has sparked public outrage and official scrutiny in China over suspected violations of child protection laws.

據報道，該劇選用了年僅11歲的女童飾演“替嫁新娘”，劇情還包含7歲被迫嫁人、15歲生子等嚴重違背倫理的設定。

不少網友發(fā)現(xiàn)，劇中存在多處男女主摟抱、牽手的肢體接觸鏡頭，故事線更是充斥“養(yǎng)成系”“大婚圓房”等成人化隱喻。

該劇上線后，不少網友表示：無法接受！

1月14日，中青報·中青網記者搜索發(fā)現(xiàn)，該劇在多個平臺已無法查詢，部分平臺顯示“本劇已下架”。

中國網絡文藝知識產權糾紛人民調解委員會調解員、中國執(zhí)業(yè)律師繆蒙京告訴記者，從法律視角審視，該劇已明確觸碰紅線：其內容違反未成年人保護法及《未成年人節(jié)目管理規(guī)定》中嚴禁渲染未成年人成人化情感的規(guī)定，也直接違背了廣電總局關于兒童不得出演成人化劇情的要求。行政層面，下架、罰款等處罰是必然結果。

繆蒙京指出，更為嚴重的是，視頻中呈現(xiàn)的特定身體接觸，可能使得事件性質發(fā)生根本變化。若后續(xù)調查證實，這些接觸并非藝術表演的必要范疇，而是構成了對兒童演員的實際、具體的猥褻行為，那么相關責任人員（如直接行為人、知情并放任的導演或制片）將不再僅承擔行政責任，而是面臨刑事追訴，涉嫌構成“猥褻兒童罪”。這是本案最核心的刑事責任所在。

Lawyer Miao Mengjing stated that the series clearly contravenes China's Minor Protection Law and regulations prohibiting the adultification of minors. He warned that if the physical contact depicted is deemed non-essential to the storyline and constitutes actual abuse, those involved could face criminal prosecution, including charges of child molestation.

繆蒙京稱，作為一名青少年孩子的父親，自己對此事深感擔憂。他呼吁監(jiān)管部門必須依法啟動包含刑事調查可能的全面、深入調查，查明接觸行為的性質與意圖，并依據事實和法律作出最嚴厲的裁處。

Speaking as a parent, Miao expressed deep concern and called on authorities to launch a comprehensive investigation and impose strict legal measures to safeguard minors in the entertainment industry.
