當地時間1月13日晚，在當天進行的韓國前總統尹錫悅發動緊急戒嚴涉嫌觸犯"內亂罪"一案一審結案庭審中，韓國檢方要求法院以內亂頭目嫌疑判處尹錫悅死刑。
檢方在對量刑理由進行說明時表示，尹錫悅發動的緊急戒嚴是對韓國法治的極大破壞，是尹錫悅濫用總統職權進行的有組織的犯罪。（總臺記者 唐鑫 張昀）
