據觀察家稱，在伊朗，近兩日抗議活動的死亡人數大幅增加。總部位于美國的HRANA組織表示，至少有538人死亡，此前報道的只有203人死亡。其中，490人是抗議者，48人是安全部隊。超過10600人被捕。
然而，實際受害者人數可能更高。目前無法核實這些數字，但HRANA在之前的抗議活動中提供了可靠且最終準確的數字。
