護士張水華奪冠

2026年1月1日，元旦當(dāng)天，在黑龍江佳木斯市撫遠市舉辦的2026年東極撫遠新年馬拉松中，“最快女護士”張水華跑出2小時53分54秒的成績，獲得女子組第一名。此前她在采訪時表示“希望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持調(diào)休跑馬拉松”曾引起軒然大波。

Zhang Shuihua, a nurse whose plea for workplace support to run marathons sparked nationwide debate last year, started 2026 by winning the women's full marathon at the Dongji Fuyuan New Year Marathon on Jan 1.

The runner, dubbed "the fastest nurse" by Chinese media, crossed the finish line with a time of 2:53:54, securing first place in the women's division and breaking the event's previous women's course record of 3:20:02.

據(jù)多家媒體報道，8月31日，張水華參加哈爾濱馬拉松，以2小時35分27秒刷新個人最好成績，獲得女子國內(nèi)第一名，而她在賽后接受采訪時所說的“希望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)支持調(diào)休跑馬拉松”的話引起軒然大波，此后一直受到高度關(guān)注，“調(diào)休”問題多次成為熱點。張水華還因此清空了其社交平臺的所有作品。

Zhang's victory comes months after she stirred significant public discussion following her win at the Harbin Marathon in August 2025. After setting a personal best of 2:35:27, her post-race comment expressing a hope that her "work supervisors would support adjusting her shifts for marathon participation" went viral, turning her into an unwitting representative for discussion around work-life balance and "leave culture" in China. The attention led her to clear all content from her social media platforms.

極目新聞記者注意到，2025年12月29日，張水華在其社交平臺上發(fā)布視頻稱，她將參加2026年東極撫遠新年馬拉松，這次她參加的是全程組，并配文稱“把舊年的疲憊，甩在身后；把新年的晨光，穿在身上”。

Prior to the New Year marathon, Zhang broke her social media silence on Dec 29 with a short video announcement confirming her participation. The post was captioned: "Leave the weariness of the old year behind; wear the dawn light of the new year."

東極新年馬拉松官方微信號文章顯示，2026年東極新年馬拉松將于2026年1月1日7時在濱江公園鳴槍開跑，賽事設(shè)置全程馬拉松與半程馬拉松兩個項目，其中半程馬拉松終點為三江自然生態(tài)館，全程馬拉松終點設(shè)于東極村。此次馬拉松還設(shè)置了“破賽會紀錄獎”，將按槍成績錄取，獎勵前三名，第1名獎勵為5000元，其中女子馬拉松賽會紀錄為3小時20分2秒。

2025年12月29日，極目新聞記者致電東極新年馬拉松賽事組委會，工作人員表示，張水華參加的是全馬，這次比賽全馬第一名的獎金是10000元、半馬第一名獎金5000元。

According to the official race information, the marathon started at 7 am in Binjiang Park in Fuyuan city, Northeast China's Heilongjiang province. The full marathon course ended in Dongji village. The race offered a "Record-Breaking Award", with Zhang's win earning her a total prize of 15,000 yuan — a 10,000 yuan prize for first place plus an additional 5,000 yuan for setting the new record.

1月1日，極目新聞記者發(fā)現(xiàn)，8時57分左右，位于此次馬拉松女子全程組第2名的張水華在30公里附近完成了身位超越，成為女子全程組第1名。

In the final stages of the race, tracking data showed Zhang, who was running in second place for much of the event, making a decisive move to take the lead around the 30-kilometer mark.

9時53分54秒，張水華成功越過終點，奪得2026年東極新年馬拉松女子全程組第1名，同時打破了女子馬拉松賽會紀錄，這意味著她將獲得15000元的總獎金。
