PLA Eastern Theater Command Conducts Drills on Regional Patrol, Aerial Confrontation, and Information Support in Airspace to the Southwest of Taiwan Island
12月29日，中國人民解放軍東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)位臺島西南空域，組織殲擊機(jī)、預(yù)警機(jī)、電子戰(zhàn)飛機(jī)、無人機(jī)等兵力，開展區(qū)域巡邏、空中對抗、信息支援等科目演練，檢驗(yàn)了多機(jī)種協(xié)同、奪取空中制權(quán)能力。
On December 29, the PLA Eastern Theater Command is employing its fighters, airborne early warning aircraft, electronic warfare aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles to conduct drills on regional patrol, aerial confrontation, and information support in the airspace to the southwest of the Taiwan Island. The drills intend to test capabilities of multi-type aircraft coordination and seizing air superiority.
