每經AI快訊，12月25日，國家市場監督管理總局、國家互聯網信息辦公室發布變更個人信息出境認證依據標準的公告。自本公告發布之日起，《關于實施個人信息保護認證的公告》（國家市場監督管理總局、國家互聯網信息辦公室公告2022年第37號）附件《個人信息保護認證實施規則》中，涉及跨境處理活動的個人信息保護認證依據標準變更為GB/T35273、GB/T46068。
