1—11月，全國政府性基金預算收入40274億元，同比下降4.9%。分中央和地方看，中央政府性基金預算收入3938億元，同比增長0.6%；地方政府性基金預算本級收入36336億元，同比下降5.5%，其中，國有土地使用權出讓收入29119億元，同比下降10.7%。
