1—11月，全國(guó)政府性基金預(yù)算收入40274億元，同比下降4.9%。分中央和地方看，中央政府性基金預(yù)算收入3938億元，同比增長(zhǎng)0.6%；地方政府性基金預(yù)算本級(jí)收入36336億元，同比下降5.5%，其中，國(guó)有土地使用權(quán)出讓收入29119億元，同比下降10.7%。
