近日，據(jù)浙江政務(wù)服務(wù)網(wǎng)公示，瑞安市第五人民醫(yī)院主要違法事實(shí)：未按《醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)病歷管理規(guī)定》第八條“醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)當(dāng)按照《病歷書(shū)寫(xiě)基本規(guī)范》、《中醫(yī)病歷書(shū)寫(xiě)基本規(guī)范》、《電子病歷基本規(guī)范(試行)》和《中醫(yī)電子病歷基本規(guī)范(試行)要求》書(shū)寫(xiě)病歷”的規(guī)定，為690名患者填寫(xiě)病歷資料，被警告并罰款3.8萬(wàn)元。
