酒后駕車 斑馬線前釀事故
9月26日，湖南邵陽，黃某酒后駕駛小車行至邵陽大道與張家排路交叉口右轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)，撞上正常橫過道路的行人唐某某（5歲），造成唐某某輕微受傷。
經(jīng)查，黃某血液中酒精含量為221.43mg/100ml，達(dá)到醉駕標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。黃某負(fù)此次事故的全部責(zé)任，因醉酒駕駛機(jī)動(dòng)車，犯危險(xiǎn)駕駛罪，被判處拘役2個(gè)月，并處罰金1000元。
