武漢年底再掛20宗涉及住宅的土地！
12月3日， 依據武漢市確定了年度盤活存量用地計劃，進一步盤活閑置低效存量土地，化解房地產市場風險，助企紓困，加快化解地方融資平臺債務風險，化解金融風險，保障房地產市場平穩健康發展。武漢市自然資源和城鄉建設局決定以拍賣方式出讓20宗地塊的國有建設用地使用權武告字（2025年）30號。本次拍賣出讓地塊網上拍賣時間為2025年12月24日9時30分起。
