最近看到山東濰坊一家成立了十幾年的建筑國企解散了。
這家公司在本月初發布了解散的公告，不過這家公司解散后被當地的一家國企投資公司吸收合并了。
值得注意的是，今年八月，上海市閔行區人民法院曾經對這家公司開出過限制消費令，原因是民間借貸未及時給付。
