茂林修竹位于安徽省宣城市涇縣茂林鎮(zhèn)溪口村荀坑組，是國(guó)內(nèi)頭部鄉(xiāng)村整體運(yùn)營(yíng)商隱居鄉(xiāng)里開(kāi)發(fā)的地三十二個(gè)在地共生項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目包含有七套獨(dú)立運(yùn)營(yíng)的住宿院落，一間咖啡廳兼接待處，一間工坊，一個(gè)茶室+茶亭，一個(gè)多功能廳（竹廟），一個(gè)集中庫(kù)房+機(jī)房，一棟員工宿舍，當(dāng)然還有東南角不能不提的不愿搬走的原住民。獨(dú)立院落延續(xù)了隱居鄉(xiāng)里一貫的管家式院落服務(wù)，其他的公共空間則為一個(gè)新開(kāi)的村落旅游項(xiàng)目提供了最必要的一些配套支持。

Maolin Xiuzhu is located in Xunkeng Group, Xikou Village, Maolin Town, Jing County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. It is one of the 32 local symbiotic projects developed by Yinjin Xiangli, a leading rural overall operator in China. The project includes seven independently operated accommodation courtyards, a coffee shop that also serves as a reception area, a workshop, a tea room and tea pavilion, a multi-functional hall (bamboo temple), a centralized warehouse and computer room, an employee dormitory, and of course, the indigenous people in the southeast corner who are unwilling to move out cannot be overlooked. The independent courtyard continues the butler-style courtyard service that is consistent with the seclusion in the countryside, while other public Spaces provide some of the most necessary supporting facilities for a newly opened village tourism project.

建筑形式融合了改建、翻新、加建、新建，老工匠們延續(xù)傳統(tǒng)夯土工藝，還原夯土建筑質(zhì)樸脈絡(luò)。祠堂舊址被殘存的老墻環(huán)繞，為保留老村精神屬性，用竹子和玻璃“裝裱”，成為鏈接村落歷史與未來(lái)的紐帶。壓低建筑屋檐，增加院落私密性。景觀引種本土植物，最大限度的保留原有村落的面貌?？臻g布局上引入內(nèi)庭院，增加天光，營(yíng)造室內(nèi)山野氣息。室內(nèi)配飾點(diǎn)題徽派文化，選用書(shū)法、徽墨、竹子、茶文化等，建筑材料延續(xù)老村樣貌，主要選用夯土、小青瓦、毛石墻、竹子、風(fēng)化木等。

The architectural form integrates renovation, refurbishment, addition and new construction. The veteran craftsmen continue the traditional rammed earth technique, restoring the simple and unadorned essence of rammed earth architecture. The old site of the ancestral hall is surrounded by the remaining old walls. To preserve the spiritual attributes of the old village, it is "framed" with bamboo and glass, becoming a bond connecting the village's history and future. Lower the eaves of the building to increase the privacy of the courtyard. The landscape introduces native plants to preserve the original appearance of the village to the greatest extent. In terms of spatial layout, an inner courtyard is introduced to increase natural light and create an indoor mountain and wild atmosphere. The interior accessories highlight the Huizhou culture, featuring calligraphy, Huizhou ink, bamboo, tea culture, etc. The building materials continue the appearance of the old village, mainly using rammed earth, small blue tiles, rough stone walls, bamboo, weathered wood, etc.

一、隱居鄉(xiāng)里 · 茂林修竹

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

村落的入口在場(chǎng)地的西北角，入口東邊是一個(gè)小池塘，西邊則是一個(gè)迷你尺度的土地廟。村落西側(cè)的開(kāi)闊地適合后期運(yùn)營(yíng)舉辦各種戶(hù)外活動(dòng)且緊鄰村落入口，北側(cè)山腳下散落的房屋體量不大且各自獨(dú)立，我們決定將這些房屋作為各種公共配套空間使用，和旁邊的池塘及戶(hù)外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地間也可以形成良好的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。原祠堂遺址的位置決定結(jié)合殘存的老墻設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)可以舉辦不同活動(dòng)的多功能室內(nèi)空間。除了功能方面的訴求，這個(gè)建筑也希望可以對(duì)原有的祠堂形成某種精神性的繼承關(guān)系，成為改造后新村落的精神核心。

其余的建筑相對(duì)集中，依據(jù)原有的建筑關(guān)系分成了7個(gè)居住單元。西南角剩余的三角地不方便使用，就設(shè)計(jì)成了主要的庫(kù)房及機(jī)房，緊鄰車(chē)道的位置有利于貨物的搬運(yùn)。東南角居住單元同留守村民住家間的夾縫空間安排了一個(gè)兩層的駐場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的后勤辦公用房，除了必要的員工辦公空間和宿舍，二樓的平臺(tái)朝向東南側(cè)的山體開(kāi)放，方便晾曬布草的同時(shí)，又不會(huì)被村里居住的客人看到。村里原有的道路予以保留，新建房拆除后在原址基礎(chǔ)上重建，形式上恢復(fù)了土墻坡瓦的傳統(tǒng)面貌，與原有的老土坯房一起構(gòu)成了更加和諧統(tǒng)一的古村形象。

The entrance to the village is in the northwest corner of the site. To the east of the entrance is a small pond, and to the west is a miniaturized land temple. The open area on the west side of the village is suitable for later operation and hosting various outdoor activities and is adjacent to the village entrance. The houses scattered at the foot of the mountain on the north side are not large in size and each is independent. We have decided to use these houses as various public supporting Spaces, and they can also form a good interactive relationship with the adjacent pond and outdoor activity area. The location of the original ancestral hall site decides to combine the remaining old walls to design a multi-functional indoor space that can host various activities. In addition to the functional demands, this building also hopes to form a certain spiritual inheritance relationship with the original ancestral hall and become the spiritual core of the renovated new village.

The remaining buildings are relatively concentrated and are divided into seven residential units based on the original architectural relationships. The remaining triangular plot in the southwest corner is not convenient to use, so it was designed as the main warehouse and machine room. The location adjacent to the driveway is conducive to the handling of goods. A two-story logistics office space for the on-site operation team is arranged in the gap between the southeast corner residential unit and the homes of the remaining villagers. Besides the necessary staff office space and dormitories, the platform on the second floor opens towards the mountain on the southeast side, which is convenient for drying linen without being seen by the guests living in the village. The original roads in the village were preserved. After the newly built houses were demolished, they were rebuilt on the original site. In terms of form, the traditional appearance of earthen walls and sloping tiles was restored. Together with the old adobe houses, they formed a more harmonious and unified image of the ancient village.

竹廟位于村落的核心位置，四方形的用地被一圈殘存的老墻環(huán)繞，由于是原先祠堂所在的位置，新設(shè)計(jì)的空間除了滿(mǎn)足未來(lái)舉辦多功能活動(dòng)的需求外，也希望可以呈現(xiàn)出一定的精神屬性，并成為鏈接村落歷史與未來(lái)的紐帶。竹廟的名字來(lái)源于圍繞殘留老墻所建的一圈竹墻，橫跨室內(nèi)空間負(fù)擔(dān)屋頂荷載的四組大梁由八棵鋼柱支撐，鋼柱立于老墻與竹墻之間，竹墻從外側(cè)遮蔽了鋼柱的存在，而兩米多高的老墻則從內(nèi)側(cè)擋住了客人的視線(xiàn)，碩大的屋頂以及四周壓低的墻面從室內(nèi)看來(lái)仿佛是漂浮于空中，人們的視線(xiàn)完全被吸引到了四周玻璃幕墻后被陽(yáng)光照亮的老墻體上。

客人在經(jīng)過(guò)被刻意壓低的入口空間后進(jìn)入開(kāi)闊的室內(nèi)大廳，場(chǎng)地中原本殘破的老墻被以一種展品的方式躍然于訪(fǎng)客的眼前，同時(shí)也自然成為了室內(nèi)活動(dòng)大廳的背景，對(duì)應(yīng)著中心吊頂位置的地面鋪裝還特意用了從附近收集的老磚。在這里，歷史同未來(lái)以一種非常自然的方式完美的結(jié)合到了一起。

The Bamboo Temple is located at the core of the village. The square land is surrounded by a circle of remaining old walls. As it was the site of the original ancestral hall, the newly designed space not only meets the needs of holding multi-functional activities in the future but also hopes to present a certain spiritual attribute and become a bond connecting the village's history and future.

The name of the Bamboo Temple comes from a circle of bamboo walls built around the remaining old walls. Four sets of large beams that span the indoor space and bear the roof load are supported by eight steel columns. The steel columns stand between the old walls and the bamboo walls. The bamboo walls shield the existence of the steel columns from the outside, while the old walls over two meters high block the view of the guests from the inside. The huge roof and the low walls around it seem to float in the air when viewed from the inside. People's eyes are completely drawn to the old walls illuminated by sunlight behind the glass curtain walls around. After passing through the deliberately depressed entrance space, guests enter the spacious indoor hall. The originally dilapidated old walls in the venue are presented in the form of exhibits before the visitors' eyes, and naturally become the background of the indoor activity hall. The floor paving corresponding to the central ceiling position is specially made of old bricks collected from nearby areas. Here, history and the future are perfectly combined in a very natural way.

二、空間美學(xué)

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

村落中的住宿院落坐落在由東向西逐步降低的幾層臺(tái)地上，房屋都是坐東面西，條形建筑體量間形成的室外空間大多是南北狹長(zhǎng)的一條，非常局促。我們?cè)诮ㄖw量中主動(dòng)加入了很多小的內(nèi)庭院空間，給傳統(tǒng)建筑中潮濕陰暗的室內(nèi)空間帶來(lái)了采光和通風(fēng)，使得內(nèi)部的居住體驗(yàn)變得步移景異，趣味盎然。建筑西側(cè)的屋檐繼續(xù)延展，自然的在建筑間形成了適合駐留的灰空間。以7號(hào)院為例，從建筑的西側(cè)拾級(jí)而上進(jìn)入院子后是一個(gè)小小的前院，右轉(zhuǎn)是室外的泡池區(qū)域，西側(cè)延申下來(lái)的屋檐將這個(gè)空間壓的很低，加強(qiáng)了這個(gè)空間的私密屬性。

除了門(mén)廳緊鄰的竹院，我們還在這個(gè)建筑體量中加入了其他五處內(nèi)庭院空間，使得客人無(wú)論是在客廳還是臥室都可以享受到庭院中的美景。整組建筑體量的南側(cè)是一個(gè)加建出來(lái)的部分，我們順勢(shì)把它改造成了一個(gè)有些“奢侈”的衛(wèi)生間。衛(wèi)生間入口部分天光下的小景觀自然的把空間做了干濕分區(qū)。西側(cè)的淋浴房緊靠一個(gè)小庭院。臨外院一側(cè)的高墻保證了客人的私密，而內(nèi)側(cè)的庭院則為衛(wèi)生間提供了通風(fēng)和景觀趣味。

The accommodation courtyards in the village are located on several terraces that gradually decrease from east to west. The houses all face east and west. The outdoor Spaces formed between the rectangular building volumes are mostly long and narrow from north to south, which is very cramped.We actively incorporated many small inner courtyard Spaces into the building volume, bringing light and ventilation to the damp and dark indoor Spaces in traditional buildings, making the living experience inside change with every step and full of fun. The eaves on the west side of the building continue to extend, naturally forming a grey space suitable for residence between the buildings.Take Courtyard No. 7 as an example. After ascending the steps from the west side of the building and entering the courtyard, there is a small front yard. Turning right leads to the outdoor hot spring pool area. The eaves extending down from the west side keep this space very low, enhancing its privacy.

In addition to the bamboo courtyard adjacent to the foyer, we have also incorporated five other inner courtyard Spaces into this building volume, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the courtyard whether in the living room or the bedroom. The south side of the entire building volume is an added section. We took the opportunity to transform it into a somewhat "luxurious" bathroom. The small landscape at the entrance of the bathroom under the natural light naturally divides the space into dry and wet areas. The shower room on the west side is close to a small courtyard. The high wall on the side facing the outer courtyard ensures the privacy of guests, while the inner courtyard provides ventilation and landscape interest for the bathroom.
