根據(jù)“楊瑞龍經(jīng)濟學(xué)基金”章程，由“楊瑞龍組織經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究獎”評獎委員會組織評審，通過外審專家匿名評審、評獎委員會投票表決、中國人民大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)院黨政聯(lián)席會議審議，第一屆楊瑞龍組織經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究獎獲獎名單如下：
1、著作獎一部：
