伊朗最高國家安全委員會8日發表聲明說，根據伊朗最高領袖穆杰塔巴·哈梅內伊的建議和最高國家安全委員會的批準，伊朗將于10日在巴基斯坦首都伊斯蘭堡同美方舉行為期兩周的談判，但伊方對美方“抱有完全的不信任”。
