北京商報訊（記者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）4月7日，萬邦德發布公告稱，柳建朋因個人身體原因，提請辭去公司副總經理、董事會秘書職務，辭任后不再擔任公司任何職務。在公司聘任新的董事會秘書之前，暫由董事長、總經理趙守明代為履行董事會秘書職責。
