中職→高職→本科→碩士→博士→清華博士后！重慶云陽小伙胡淶，憑借頑強(qiáng)的毅力與執(zhí)著追求，用十七年時(shí)間實(shí)現(xiàn)了自己的夢想。

From vocational school to a Tsinghua postdoc, Hu Lai, a young man from Yunyang, Chongqing, turned his dream into reality over 17 years of relentless perseverance.

胡淶來自重慶云陽，從云陽職業(yè)教育中心（中職）高考，考入重慶機(jī)電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院（高職），到重慶工商大學(xué)（專升本）到貴州大學(xué)（碩士研究生），再到西安交通大學(xué)（博士研究生），最后到清華大學(xué)（博士后），他用6200多個(gè)日夜的執(zhí)著堅(jiān)持完成這場逆襲。

“我無法決定自己的起點(diǎn)，能做的就是不停奔向夢想的終點(diǎn)。”

2007年，只有14歲的胡淶，進(jìn)入云陽職業(yè)教育中心。一次在廣東電子廠打工的經(jīng)歷，成了他命運(yùn)的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。每天在流水線上重復(fù)十五六個(gè)小時(shí)的工作，讓他明白了一個(gè)道理：缺乏核心技術(shù)的勞動(dòng)，容易陷入機(jī)械重復(fù)，真正能立足社會(huì)的是過硬的本事。

At just 14 years old, Hu entered Yunyang Vocational Education Center in 2007. A dull factory job in Guangdong — 16 hours a day on a production line — made him realize: without core skills, work is just repetition. Real expertise is what gives one lasting foothold in the world.

回到學(xué)校后，胡淶開始拼命學(xué)習(xí)。恰逢職教中心開設(shè)高考班，他抓住機(jī)會(huì)考入重慶機(jī)電職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院。畢業(yè)時(shí)，胡淶獲得了留校任教的機(jī)會(huì)，對(duì)于家境普通的他來說，這是一份穩(wěn)定的“金飯碗”。但他并沒有留下，因?yàn)樗辛硪粋€(gè)堅(jiān)定的想法“我要專升本”。

對(duì)于胡淶這個(gè)決定，家人起初是不支持的，為此他還和父親大吵一架。胡淶揣著為數(shù)不多的積蓄回到出租屋，一袋米、一個(gè)電飯煲、幾袋榨菜支撐著他的求學(xué)決心。

Back at vocational school, he studied obsessively, got into Chongqing Vocational and Technical University of Mechatronics, and was even offered a teaching job upon graduation. But he turned it down — he wanted a full bachelor's degree.

His family disagreed; a heated argument with his father followed. With little savings, he moved back to his rented room, living on rice and pickled vegetables.

本科畢業(yè)后，胡淶不甘心就此停下腳步，又萌生了考研的想法。但是考研的道路并不順利，兩次考研失敗經(jīng)歷也曾讓他想過放棄，但是他很快振奮精神，最終考入貴州大學(xué)攻讀研究生。

After his bachelor's, he twice failed the master's entrance exam but didn't quit. He quickly recovered and was eventually admitted to Guizhou University.

2019年，胡淶成功進(jìn)入西安交通大學(xué)攻讀博士學(xué)位，博一期間即擔(dān)綱國家重大專項(xiàng)技術(shù)攻關(guān)、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)工作，畢業(yè)時(shí)，發(fā)表了12篇SCI論文。2024年，他進(jìn)入清華大學(xué)機(jī)械工程系開展博士后研究工作。

In 2019, he began a PhD at Xi'an Jiaotong University. By his first year, he was already leading work on a major national research project. He graduated with 12 SCI papers, and in 2024 started his postdoc at Tsinghua University.

精湛技藝是立足的磐石，十七年時(shí)間完成人生“精密制造”。

在職教學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)車間，老師對(duì)0.02毫米誤差的嚴(yán)苛要求，讓胡淶養(yǎng)成了對(duì)技術(shù)精度的極致要求，因?yàn)檫@段學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，胡淶在專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)上更加得心應(yīng)手。“從基礎(chǔ)實(shí)操到設(shè)計(jì)、制造、工藝我都懂，設(shè)計(jì)東西，你親手做過，就知道它能不能用，成本多少。”

In the vocational school workshop, his teacher's strict requirement — keeping errors within 0.02 mm — instilled in Hu an extreme demand for precision. That training made him excel in his professional studies. "I understand everything from hands-on operations to design, manufacturing, and processes," he said. "When you've built something yourself, you know if it works and how much it costs."

如今，作為國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃的骨干，胡淶在科技創(chuàng)新的前沿奮力攀登，挑戰(zhàn)MW級(jí)磁懸浮飛輪儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)，瞄準(zhǔn)新能源領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵瓶頸，攻克航空航天數(shù)控機(jī)床高速切削技術(shù)的世界級(jí)難題，將加工精度推向微米級(jí)。

從彌漫著機(jī)油味的中職實(shí)訓(xùn)車間，到追求微米、納米精度的國家級(jí)科研實(shí)驗(yàn)室，胡淶的目標(biāo)清晰而熾熱，“以尖端科研報(bào)效國家，并傾盡全力回饋?zhàn)甜B(yǎng)職業(yè)教育沃土。”

Today, as a core member of a national R&D team, Hu tackles cutting-edge challenges — from MW-level maglev energy storage to micron-precision aerospace machining. His journey, from a grease-scented vocational workshop to a national lab, drives his clear goal: "Serve the country through top research and give back to the vocational system that nurtured me."
