近日，上海普陀區同普路祁連山路路口發生一起交通事故：71歲男子駕駛老年代步車闖紅燈，與正常行駛的機動車發生“鬼探頭”式碰撞。因機動車司機采取防御性駕駛，未造成嚴重后果。民警認定老年代步車全責，機動車無責。
