3月1日12點(diǎn)30分，浦東新區(qū)方竹路上的污水井旁出現(xiàn)一處直徑約5米、深約2米的坑洞。目前屬地啟動(dòng)了應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，已往坑洞內(nèi)回填沙土，并對(duì)破損污水管道進(jìn)行臨排。事發(fā)地兩端道路已臨時(shí)封閉。
