財聯社2月25日電，雷諾集團與沃爾沃集團、達飛集團簽署具有約束力的股權收購協議，雷諾將在完成歐盟及相關地區反壟斷審批后，收購沃爾沃持有的45%Flexis SAS 股權、達飛持有的10%Flexis SAS股權，實現對該公司全資控股，協議預計2026年上半年正式生效。
