中國常駐聯合國代表傅聰20日在第80屆聯大安理會改革政府間談判第二次會議上發言說，安理會不能成為大國、富國俱樂部，改革不能只讓極少數國家從中受益。代表所在地區參加安理會的任何國家，都應該代表本地區利益，得到地區國家的廣泛認可。
